Claims (6)
- 流体を内側に収容可能である樹脂製のライナと、前記ライナの外面を覆う補強層と、前記ライナに対して前記流体を給排するための給排孔が形成された口金と、を備える高圧タンクであって、
前記ライナの外面は、前記補強層に対向する補強層対向面と、前記口金に対向する口金対向面とを有し、
前記口金には、一端に前記口金対向面に向かって開口する第1開口を有し、且つ他端に前記給排孔の内側及び前記補強層の外側の少なくとも何れか一方に向かって開口する第2開口を有するガス抜き路がさらに形成され、
前記ガス抜き路の前記一端側の延在方向に直交する断面積及び前記第1開口の面積は、該ガス抜き路の他の部分の延在方向に直交する断面積より小さいことを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記第1開口の面積は、前記ライナの前記第1開口に対向する対向部分に生じる最大せん断応力が、前記ライナを構成する樹脂材の耐力Sの1/2以下となるように設定されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項2記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記第1開口の形状が円形である場合、該第1開口の直径Dと、前記対向部分の厚さTと、前記流体の最大充填圧力Pと、前記耐力Sとが、D<S×T×2/Pの関係を満たすことを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記口金対向面に向かって開口するように前記口金に形成された挿入孔に挿入されるプラグをさらに有し、
前記プラグに貫通形成されたプラグ通路の少なくとも一部が、前記ガス抜き路の前記一端側を構成し、前記口金に形成された口金通路が、前記ガス抜き路の前記他端側を構成し、
前記プラグの前記口金対向面に対向する一端側の端面に前記第1開口が形成されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1〜3の何れか1項に記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記口金対向面に向かって開口するように前記口金に形成された挿入孔に挿入されるプラグをさらに有し、
前記プラグの表面に形成された溝通路の少なくとも一部が、前記ガス抜き路の前記一端側を構成し、前記口金に形成された口金通路が、前記ガス抜き路の前記他端側を構成し、
前記プラグの前記口金対向面に対向する一端側の端面に前記第1開口が形成されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項4又は5記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記プラグは、前記口金と同じ材料から形成されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。
