Abstract
【解決手段】高圧タンク10は、流体を収容する樹脂製のライナ14と、ライナ14に対して流体を給排するための給排孔34が形成された口金30と、シール部材48と、給排孔34に連通する通過孔57が形成されたカラー52とを備える。ライナ14の筒状部18は、給排孔34に挿入され、カラー52の外周面と給排孔34の内周面とで挟持される。また、シール部材48は、筒状部18の外周面と、給排孔34の内周面との間に配設される。

Claims (4)
- 流体を収容する樹脂製のライナと、該ライナに対して流体を給排するための給排孔が形成された口金とを備える高圧タンクであって、
前記ライナは、挿入孔が形成されるとともに前記給排孔に挿入された筒状部を有し、
さらに、前記筒状部の外周面と前記給排孔の内周面との間をシールするシール部材と、
前記挿入孔に挿入された部位の外周面と、前記給排孔の内周面とで前記筒状部を挟持するとともに、前記給排孔に連通する通過孔が形成されたカラーと、
を備えることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記カラーの線膨張係数は、前記口金の線膨張係数以下に設定されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。 - 請求項1又は2記載の高圧タンクにおいて、
前記筒状部の外周面と前記給排孔の内周面とが、前記シール部材よりも前記筒状部の基端側に設けられた接合部によって接合されることを特徴とする高圧タンク。
