本発明のPCB除去方法により、PCBを貯蔵していた貯槽を洗浄する試験を行った。洗浄運転フローを図1に示す。

Claims (8)
- 密閉構造物内においてPCBを除去するPCB除去方法であって、
前記密閉構造物の内面又は前記密閉構造物内に載置されたPCB汚染物に、前記PCBを溶解可能な溶剤を、前記溶剤が霧状とならない所定の吐出圧力でノズルから噴出させる溶剤噴出工程を有することを特徴とするPCB除去方法。 - 前記ノズルへの前記溶剤の供給は、空気駆動ポンプを用いて行うことを特徴とする請求項1記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記溶剤噴出工程の前に、前記密閉構造物内に不活性ガスを充填する雰囲気調整工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記不活性ガスは窒素であることを特徴とする請求項3記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記溶剤噴出工程の前に、前記密閉構造物を基準電位点に接続するアース工程を有することを特徴とする請求項1ないし4のいずれかに記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記ノズルは、全方位に回転するノズルであることを特徴とする請求項1ないし5のいずれかに記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記ノズルの回転は、前記溶剤の噴出力を利用して行うことを特徴とする請求項6記載のPCB除去方法。
- 前記溶剤は循環させて再利用することを特徴とする請求項1ないし7のいずれかに記載のPCB除去方法。
