前記保護フィルム接合ローラー部が膨張されている保護フィルム部を前記タッチセンサー部に接合する保護フィルム接合ステップと、
前記タッチセンサー部に接合されている保護フィルム部を収縮させながら前記保護フィルム部と前記タッチセンサー部とを含む第1接合体を基材フィルム接合ローラー部に供給する第1接合体供給ステップと、
基材フィルム部の張力を増加させて膨脹させながら前記基材フィルム部を前記基材フィルム接合ローラー部に供給する基材フィルム供給ステップと、
前記基材フィルム接合ローラー部が膨張されている基材フィルム部を、前記第1接合体に含まれているタッチセンサー部に接合する基材フィルム接合ステップと、
前記タッチセンサー部に接合されている基材フィルム部を含む第2接合体を収縮させる第2接合体収縮ステップと、
を含むことを特徴とする、張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。 - 前記保護フィルム部と前記基材フィルム部に印加される張力は50N以上1500N以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記保護フィルム部と前記基材フィルム部の収縮率は0.01%以上10%以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記保護フィルム供給ステップでは、前記保護フィルム部を供給する保護フィルム供給ローラー部の回転速度を調節することで、前記保護フィルム供給ローラー部から前記保護フィルム接合ローラー部に供給される保護フィルム部の張力を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記基材フィルム供給ステップでは、前記基材フィルム部を供給する基材フィルム供給ローラー部の回転速度を調節することで、前記基材フィルム供給ローラー部から前記基材フィルム接合ローラー部に供給される基材フィルム部の張力を調節することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記基材フィルム接合ローラー部に供給される基材フィルム部の両面のうち前記タッチセンサー部に接合される面には、接合剤層が形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記保護フィルム接合ステップでは、前記保護フィルム部を前記タッチセンサー部に接合すると共に、前記タッチセンサー部を前記キャリア基板から分離することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
- 前記基材フィルム部は、COP(Cyclo Olefin Polymer)、TAC(Tri Acetyl Cellulose)、アクリル系からなる群より選択された一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の張力制御を用いたタッチセンサーフィルムの製造方法。
