Claims (11)
- 基板上に第1方向に形成された第1感知電極部と、
前記基板上に第1方向と交差する第2方向に形成された第2感知電極部と、を含み、
前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部とを構成する単位透明電極の境界部には、複数の微細蝕刻パターンが形成されており、前記微細蝕刻パターンの幅は、5μm〜20μmであり、
前記単位透明電極は、多角形の境界部の一部が前記微細蝕刻パターンにより除去された形状を有し、隣接する単位透明電極を連結する連結部の幅は、20μm〜60μmであり、前記単位透明電極のピッチは、100μm〜500μmであることを特徴とする、タッチセンサー。 - 基板上に第1方向に沿って互いに連結されるように形成された第1感知電極部と、
前記基板上に第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って互いに分離されるように形成された第2感知電極部と、
前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部が形成された基板上に前記第2感知電極部の少なくとも一部がスルーホールを介して露出するように形成された絶縁層と、
前記スルーホールを満たしつつ前記絶縁層上に形成されて前記第1感知電極部を間に置いて隣接している2個の第2感知電極部を連結するブリッジ電極部と、を含み、
前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部とを構成する単位透明電極の境界部には、複数の微細蝕刻パターンが形成されており、前記微細蝕刻パターンの幅は、5μm〜20μmであり、
前記単位透明電極は、多角形の境界部の一部が前記微細蝕刻パターンにより除去された形状を有し、隣接する単位透明電極を連結する連結部の幅は、20μm〜60μmであり、前記単位透明電極のピッチは、100μm〜500μmであることを特徴とする、タッチセンサー。 - 基板上に第1方向に沿って互いに連結されるように形成された第1感知電極部と、
前記第1感知電極部が形成された基板上に形成された絶縁層と、
前記絶縁層上に前記第1方向と交差する第2方向に沿って互いに連結されるように形成された第2感知電極部と、を含み、
前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部を構成する単位透明電極の境界部には、複数の微細蝕刻パターンが形成されており、前記微細蝕刻パターンの幅は、5μm〜20μmであり、
前記単位透明電極は、多角形の境界部の一部が前記微細蝕刻パターンにより除去された形状を有し、隣接する単位透明電極を連結する連結部の幅は、20μm〜60μmであり、前記単位透明電極のピッチは、100μm〜500μmであることを特徴とする、タッチセンサー。 - 前記微細蝕刻パターンに区分される複数の単位透明電極は、テッセレーション(tessellation)構造を有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記単位透明電極は、六角形、三角形及び四角形から選択される1種の形状であることを特徴とする、請求項4に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記単位透明電極の境界部に形成された複数の微細蝕刻パターンにより前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部の透過率が上昇することを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記複数の微細蝕刻パターンにより前記単位透明電極を形成し、それぞれの単位透明電極を構成する微細蝕刻パターンと同一の形状で前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部を区分し、タッチセンサーの全面に空間的な高周波成分を配置したことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部との間に形成されており、前記単位透明電極と同一の形状を有するが、前記単位透明電極と電気的に絶縁されている電極間ダミーをさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記第1感知電極部と前記第2感知電極部との間に前記微細蝕刻パターンと同一の空間周波数を有する複数のダミーパターンを挿入してタッチセンサーの全面に同一の高周波成分を配置することで、タッチセンサーの全面に配置された同一の高周波成分によりタッチセンサーパターンが視認されないことを特徴とする、請求項8に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記基板上に形成された分離層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1〜請求項3のうちいずれか1項に記載のタッチセンサー。
- 前記分離層上に形成された内部保護層をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項10に記載のタッチセンサー。
