Description
[熱可塑性樹脂]
ポリプロピレン樹脂(PP)(日本ポリプロ社製 BC03B)
アクリル樹脂(PMMA)(三菱レイヨン社製 VH001)
熱硬化性樹脂:不飽和ポリエステル樹脂(UP)(DIC社製)
[シリコーン樹脂]
A:(東レダウコーニング社製 BY27−201)
B:(旭化成ワッカー社製 GENIOPLAST PELLETS)
C:(東レダウコーニング社製 BY16−846)
[シリカ粒子]
溶融シリカ(福島窯業社製F207C)
次に、調整した各樹脂組成物を表1、表2に示す成形条件で成形した。樹脂成分として熱可塑性樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物は射出成型とし、熱硬化性樹脂を用いた樹脂組成物は注型成形とした。
Claims (3)
- 互いに対向する金型の間に形成されるキャビティ内に、樹脂組成物を注入して成形する樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、
前記樹脂組成物が、熱可塑性樹脂又は熱硬化性樹脂と、シリカ粒子と、シリコーン樹脂とを含有し、
前記互いに対向する金型の一方の金型のキャビティ側の温度を他方の金型のキャビティ側の温度よりも低い温度で加熱又は冷却して前記樹脂組成物を固化させることにより、前記樹脂成形品の前記一方の金型側の表面に微細凹凸を形成することを特徴とする樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 前記シリカ粒子の平均粒径が、30〜100nmの範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
- 前記シリカ粒子の配合割合が、前記樹脂組成物全量に対して1〜30質量%の範囲であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2に記載の樹脂成形品の製造方法。
