Claims (15)
- 複数の遮断ユニットを含む直流配線用遮断器において、
隣接する遮断ユニットの各端子を接続する端子接続ユニットを含み、
前記端子接続ユニットは、遮断器筐体の前面又は背面に設けられる端子収容部の内部に備えられることを特徴とする直流配線用遮断器。 - 前記端子収容部には、隔壁又は側壁の下部に接して設けられる1対のガイドバーで構成される取付部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記隔壁には、一部が切り欠かれて前記端子接続ユニットが挿入される挿入溝が形成されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記挿入溝は、前記取付部の上部に形成されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記端子接続ユニットは、前記取付部に嵌合される取付台と、平板で形成されて前記取付台の上部に設置される2端子接続導体とを含むことを特徴とする請求項3又は4に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記2端子接続導体には、前記各端子の端子組立孔に対応する位置に1対の結合孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記2端子接続導体の一面には、中央部に凹部が設けられ、両端部に切欠部が設けられることを特徴とする請求項6に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記取付台は、それぞれ所定距離離隔して配置される下部プレート、中間プレート及び上部プレートと、前記下部プレートと前記中間プレートとを連結する支持柱と、前記中間プレートの背面と前記上部プレートの背面とを連結する背面プレートとを含むことを特徴とする請求項6又は7に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記下部プレート及び前記中間プレートは、前記隣接する遮断ユニットの端子収容部にそれぞれ挿入されるように1対で構成されることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記中間プレート、前記支持柱及び前記下部プレートを貫通して前記結合孔に連通する貫通孔が形成されることを特徴とする請求項8又は9に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記上部プレートは、前記1対の中間プレート間に配置されることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記挿入溝には、前記2端子接続導体及び前記上部プレートが挿入され、前記取付部は、前記中間プレートと前記下部プレート間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項8〜11のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記上部プレートの両側上部には、1対の隔壁支持部が突設されることを特徴とする請求項8〜12のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記中間プレート及び前記背面プレートの両側端には、壁支持部がそれぞれ突設されることを特徴とする請求項8〜13のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
- 前記2端子接続導体は、前記上部プレートと前記中間プレート間に挿入されることを特徴とする請求項8〜14のいずれか一項に記載の直流配線用遮断器。
