Claims (5)
- 被溶解金属を加熱して溶融金属とする溶解室と、前記溶解室から供給される溶融金属を保持する保持室と、を有する溶解保持炉であって、
前記保持室に貯留される溶融金属を加熱する保持用バーナーと、
前記保持室の一部を構成しかつ前記保持用バーナーが取り付けられる取付孔を有する蓋体と、を備え、
前記蓋体は、空気供給源から供給される燃焼空気が流れる第1空間と、前記保持室の内部空間に面しかつ前記第1空間から供給される燃焼空気を用いて前記保持室の内部空間を冷却する第2空間と、を内部に有し、
前記保持用バーナーは、前記第2空間を流れる燃焼空気を取り込んで燃料ガスと混合させるための吸気口を有する、溶解保持炉。 - 前記第1空間及び前記第2空間は、燃焼空気を連通可能な連通孔を有する仕切板により仕切られている、請求項1に記載の溶解保持炉。
- 前記第1空間は、燃焼空気を連通可能な連通孔を有する区画板により、2つの空間に区切られている、請求項2に記載の溶解保持炉。
- 前記空気供給源から前記第1空間に燃焼空気を送る燃焼空気供給パイプは、前記保持用バーナーの燃焼に必要な量の燃焼空気を送り出す本流路と、前記保持用バーナーの燃焼に必要な量よりも少量の燃焼空気を送り出すバイパス流路と、を有する、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の溶解保持炉。
- 被溶解金属を加熱して溶融金属とする溶解室と、前記溶解室から供給される溶融金属を保持する保持室と、を有する溶解保持炉の前記保持室の一部を構成する蓋体であって、
前記保持室に貯留される溶融金属を加熱するための保持用バーナーが取り付けられる取付口を有し、さらに、
空気供給源から供給される燃焼空気が流れる第1空間と、前記保持室の内部空間に面しかつ前記第1空間から供給される燃焼空気を用いて前記保持室の内部空間を冷却する第2空間と、を内部に有する、蓋体。
