Abstract
【解決手段】運転者の意図や満足度を反映した加速要求を表す値の情報、及び、地域Area毎に異なる、他車両110の情報の多さや運転傾向を反映した車両10の現在位置における情報に基づいて、他車両110の情報は反映されていないが車両10には適合させられた(例えば加速要求の違いが反映された)車両変速線と、他車両110の情報によって地域Area毎の違いが反映されたセンタ変速線とが使い分けられる。これによって、走行路及び運転者の意図に合わせた自動変速機16の変速を実現することができる。

Claims (7)
- 車外装置から受信した情報を用いて自動変速機の変速を行う、車両の制御装置であって、
運転者の加速要求を表す値の情報と前記車両の現在位置における情報とに基づいて、前記車両の車載装置に記憶された第1変速線と、前記車外装置から受信した前記車両とは別の他車両の情報が反映された第2変速線とのうちの何れかの変速線を、前記自動変速機の変速に用いることを特徴とする車両の制御装置。 - 複数種類の前記第2変速線のうちで動力性能よりも燃費性能が重視されるときに用いる燃費用第2変速線での車両走行中において、
前記加速要求を表す値の変化が大きい場合、且つ、前記車両の現在位置が予め定められた前記他車両の情報が多い地域内にある場合には、前記燃費用第2変速線を用いるときよりも前記動力性能が重視されるときに用いる動力用第2変速線へ切り替える一方で、
前記加速要求を表す値の変化が大きい場合、且つ、前記車両の現在位置が予め定められた前記他車両の情報が少ない地域内にある場合には、前記第1変速線へ切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記燃費用第2変速線での車両走行中において、前記加速要求を表す値の変化が小さい場合には、前記燃費用第2変速線を維持することを特徴とする請求項2に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記加速要求を表す値の変化が大きい場合とは、前記加速要求を表す値の変化量が所定変化量を超えたときに、前記加速要求を表す値の変化量が前記所定変化量よりも小さな第2所定変化量を超えた回数が直近の所定期間にて所定回数以上であった場合であることを特徴とする請求項2又は3に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 複数種類の前記第1変速線のうちで燃費性能よりも動力性能が重視されるときに用いる動力用第1変速線での車両走行中において、
前記加速要求の頻度が少ない場合、且つ、前記車両の現在位置が予め定められた前記他車両の情報が多い地域内にある場合には、複数種類の前記第2変速線のうちで動力性能よりも燃費性能が重視されるときに用いる燃費用第2変速線へ切り替える一方で、
前記加速要求の頻度が少ない場合、且つ、前記車両の現在位置が予め定められた前記他車両の情報が少ない地域内にある場合には、前記燃費用第2変速線を用いるときよりも前記動力性能が重視されるときに用いる動力用第2変速線へ切り替えることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両の制御装置。 - 前記動力用第1変速線での車両走行中において、前記加速要求の頻度が多い場合、又は、前記車両の現在位置が予め定められた前記燃費性能よりも前記動力性能が重視される地域内にある場合には、前記動力用第1変速線を維持することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車両の制御装置。
- 前記加速要求の頻度が多い場合とは、前記加速要求を表す値が所定値よりも大きくされた状態での加速の回数が直近の所定期間にて所定回数以上であった場合であることを特徴とする請求項5又は6に記載の車両の制御装置。
