Abstract
Description
アルキルベンゼン(a1):炭素数1〜19のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜19であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜15のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が9〜15であるアルキルベンゼン)
アルキルベンゼン(a2):炭素数1〜40のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつそのアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜40であるアルキルベンゼン(好ましくは、炭素数1〜30のアルキル基を1〜4個有し、かつアルキル基の合計炭素数が20〜30であるアルキルベンゼン)
本実施形態に係る冷凍機油及び冷凍機用作動流体組成物は、上述の冷媒とともに使用することができるが、冷媒混合時の低温特性及び相溶性の点で、特に炭化水素冷媒とともに好適に用いられる。
試験油1:表1に示す市販の基油1、2及び3を混合した基油(硫黄分:0.005質量%未満)に、冷凍機油全量基準で、トリクレジルホスフェートを1.7質量%及び消泡剤5質量ppmを添加した冷凍機油。
試験油2:表1に示す市販の基油1、2及び3を混合した基油(硫黄分:0.005質量%未満)に、冷凍機油全量基準で、トリクレジルホスフェートを1.7質量%及び消泡剤5質量ppmを添加した冷凍機油。
試験油3:表1に示す市販の基油1、4及び5を混合した基油(硫黄分:0.005質量%)に、冷凍機油全量基準で、トリクレジルホスフェートを1.7質量%及び消泡剤5質量ppmを添加した冷凍機油。
試験油4:表1に示す市販の基油1(硫黄分:0.005質量%未満)に、冷凍機油全量基準で、トリクレジルホスフェートを1.7質量%及び消泡剤5質量ppmを添加した冷凍機油。
試験油5:市販低粘度冷凍機油
各冷凍機油について、以下に示す手順で耐摩耗性を評価した。結果を表2に示す。
ASTM D2670“FALEX WEAR TEST”に準拠して、冷凍機油の温度60℃、450N荷重の下に5分間の慣らし運転を行い、890N荷重の下に30分間試験機を運転し、試験後のテストジャーナル(ピン)の摩耗量(mg)を測定した。
各冷凍機油について、以下に示す手順で貧潤滑トルク試験を行った。結果を表2に示す。
上記FALEX試験機を用い、潤滑部位を表2に示す各試験油浴に一度浸した後に、油浴を外した状態で100rpm、荷重890Nで30秒回転、1分間停止する操作を10回繰り返したときの平均トルク(N−m)を測定した。
試験油1及び2について、JIS K2211:2009附属書A「低温析出性試験方法」に準拠し、冷媒としてイソブタン(R600a)を用い、試験油濃度を10質量%としたときの低温析出温度を測定した。このときの低温析出温度は−50℃以下であり、試験油1及び2が炭化水素冷媒用冷凍機油として使用可能であることを確認した。
また、試験油1及び2について、JIS K2211:2009附属書D「冷媒との相溶性試験方法」に準拠し、冷媒としてイソブタン(R600a)を用い、試験油濃度を10質量%としたときの二層分離温度を測定した。このときの二層分離温度は−50℃以下であり、試験油1及び2が炭化水素冷媒用冷凍機油として使用可能であることを確認した。
Claims (9)
- 100℃における動粘度が0.5mm2/s以上1.5mm2/s以下であり、ガスクロマトグラフィー蒸留による90%留出温度が280℃以上360℃未満であり、アニリン点が70℃以上である、冷凍機油。
- 100℃における動粘度が0.5mm2/s以上1.5mm2/s以下であり、ガスクロマトグラフィー蒸留による70%留出温度が270℃以上300℃未満であり、アニリン点が70℃以上である、冷凍機油。
- ガスクロマトグラフィー蒸留による初留点と95%留出温度との差が60℃以上160℃以下である、請求項1又は2に記載の冷凍機油。
- ガスクロマトグラフィー蒸留による蒸留終点と90%留出温度との差が40℃以上140℃以下である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
- ガスクロマトグラフィー蒸留による蒸留終点が390℃以上425℃以下である、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
- 引火点が110℃以上である、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
- n−d−M環分析による%Cpが40以上60以下である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
- n−d−M環分析による%CNが40以上65以下である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
- n−d−M環分析による%CNに対する%Cpの比が0.6以上1.4以下である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍機油。
