Claims (8)
- 繊維強化樹脂を含むシート状の基材を元に3次元形状に成形された繊維強化樹脂成形品であって、
前記繊維強化樹脂成形品は、
相互に異なる3方向以上の板部が連なって構成される異方向合わせ角部と、
成形時の前記基材を構成する肉の変動により前記異方向合わせ角部又は前記異方向合わせ角部付近の板部から板厚方向に突出するしわと、
少なくとも前記しわが形成される部位に積層される肉厚部と、を有する
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品において、
前記肉厚部は、射出成形によって前記異方向合わせ角部に一体化された射出成形部である
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1又は2記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品において、
前記しわは、前記基材を折り畳んだ折り畳み部を形成しており、
前記肉厚部は、前記異方向合わせ角部を含む前記折り畳み部を覆っている
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品において、
前記異方向合わせ角部には、さらに異なる方向に曲がることで構成されるフランジ部が設けられ、
前記肉厚部は、前記フランジ部にも積層されている
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 請求項4記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品において、
前記肉厚部の前記異方向合わせ角部の表面からの突出量は、前記フランジ部の突出量よりも大きい
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の繊維強化樹脂成形品において、
前記繊維強化樹脂は、強化材として炭素繊維を含む
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品。 - 繊維強化樹脂を含むシート状の基材を元に3次元形状の繊維強化樹脂成形品を成形する繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法であって、
成形型のプレスにより前記基材を折り込むことで、相互に異なる3方向以上の板部が連なって構成される異方向合わせ角部と、前記基材を構成する肉の変動により前記異方向合わせ角部又は前記異方向合わせ角部付近の板部から板厚方向に突出するしわと、を成形するプレス成形工程と、
射出成形機により前記成形型のキャビティに成形材料を射出して、前記キャビティに入り込んだ前記しわが形成される部位に肉厚部を積層する射出成形工程と、を有する
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造方法。 - 繊維強化樹脂を含むシート状の基材を元に3次元形状の繊維強化樹脂成形品を成形する繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造装置であって、
前記基材をプレスにより折り込むことで、相互に異なる3方向以上の板部が連なって構成される異方向合わせ角部、及び前記基材を構成する肉の変動により前記異方向合わせ角部又は前記異方向合わせ角部付近の板部から板厚方向に突出するしわを成形する成形型と、
前記成形型に設けられ、プレス時に前記しわが入り込むキャビティと、
前記成形型のキャビティに成形材料を射出して、前記キャビティに案内された前記しわが形成される部位に肉厚部を積層する射出成形機と、を有する
ことを特徴とする繊維強化樹脂成形品の製造装置。
