Claims (2)
- フィルムをインサート成形してインサート成形品を作製するインサート成形方法であって、
第1の金型に第1のフィルムを密着させ、
溶融された合成樹脂を注入するための樹脂注入部を備えた第2の金型に第2のフィルムを密着させ、
前記第2のフィルムが前記第2の金型から剥がれることを防止するとともに前記樹脂注入部から注入される合成樹脂を金型内に導くための溝部が形成されている溶融樹脂導入部品を、前記第2の金型に密着させた前記第2のフィルムのうちの前記樹脂注入部に位置する部分に仮固定させ、
前記第1の金型と前記第2の金型とを型閉めして、溶融された合成樹脂を前記樹脂注入部から注入することによって、表面及び裏面の両面にフィルムがインサート成形されたインサート成形品を作製する
ことを特徴とするインサート成形方法。 - 第1の金型に第1のフィルムとして天然素材を用いたフィルムを密着させ、
第2の金型に第2のフィルムとして天然素材を用いたフィルムを密着させる
請求項1記載のインサート成形方法。
