Abstract
Description
図1はサイドマウント形の機関制御装置10を示している。図2は、機関制御装置10の内部と、船体11の後部に搭載された船外機12の一例を示している。船外機12は、エンジン(内燃機関)13を動力として回転するプロペラ14と、シフト機構15と、シフト用アクチュエータ16と、スロットル機構17と、スロットル用アクチュエータ18などを含んでいる。
図6に示すように操作レバー40は、中立位置(ニュートラル)Nを境に、前進側シフト位置Fおよびスロットル操作域S1と、後進側シフト位置Rおよびスロットル操作域S2とに回動させることができる。
Claims (6)
- ハウジングと、
前記ハウジングに回転自在に設けられた軸ユニットと、
前記軸ユニットに取付けられ、中立位置を境に前進側と後進側とに回動する操作レバーと、
前記軸ユニットと一体に回転するドライブギヤと、
前記ドライブギヤに噛合うドリブンギヤと、
前記ハウジングの第1の側壁と第2の側壁との間に配置されたセンサ取付板と、
前記センサ取付板に配置された角度センサと、
前記ハウジングに形成され、前記ハウジングを取付面に固定するためのねじ部材を挿入する貫通孔を有し、この貫通孔が前記ハウジングの第1の側壁と第2の側壁とにわたって連通する固定部と、
を具備したことを特徴とするサイドマウント形の機関制御装置。 - 前記軸ユニットに摩擦を与える摩擦機構を具備し、
前記摩擦機構は、
前記軸ユニットの周面に接する制動部材と、
前記軸ユニットの前記周面に対する前記制動部材の押付力を調整する調整ねじと、
前記調整ねじを回転させる操作部とを具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機関制御装置。 - 前記操作レバーが前記軸ユニットに固定されるレバー本体と、該レバー本体に取付けるカバー部材とを有し、該カバー部材は前記レバー本体の第1の面と該第1の面とは反対側の第2の面とのいずれにも取付け可能であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機関制御装置。
- 前記軸ユニットに設けられたディテントプレートと、
前記ディテントプレートの周面に形成された凹部に係合可能な保持部材と、
前記保持部材を前記ディテントプレートの周面に向けて付勢するばねとを有したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機関制御装置。 - 前記操作レバーの下端側のボス部に形成された第1の嵌合部と、
前記ボス部の前記第1の嵌合部とは反対側に設けられた第2の嵌合部と、
前記軸ユニットの一方の端部に形成された第1の凹部を有する第1のレバー取付部と、
前記軸ユニットの他方の端部に形成された第2の凹部を有する第2のレバー取付部と、
前記操作レバーの前記第1の嵌合部と第2の嵌合部とのいずれか一方に嵌合される連結部を有しかつ前記軸ユニットの前記第1の凹部と前記第2の凹部とのいずれか一方に嵌合される回り止め結合部を有するジョイント部材と、
前記操作レバーの前記ボス部を前記ジョイント部材を間に挟んで前記軸ユニットに固定するセンタボルトとを具備したことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の機関制御装置。 - 前記センタボルトの頭部が前記軸ユニットの前記第1の凹部または前記第2の凹部に収容されたことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の機関制御装置。
