Claims (16)
- コアと、
前記コアの外周を周回する第1巻線部と、
前記コアの外周を周回する第2巻線のパターンが各々形成された複数のサブ基板と、
前記複数のサブ基板を搭載するメイン基板と、
を備える装置。 - 前記複数のサブ基板は互いに平行に前記メイン基板に搭載され、
前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれは、前記コアにおける磁心部分を挿通させる貫通孔を有し、
前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれにおいて、前記第2巻線のパターンは、前記貫通孔の周りを周回する
請求項1に記載の装置。 - 前記複数のサブ基板のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、前記第2巻線のパターンは、複数の基板層のそれぞれで前記貫通孔の周りを一部ずつ周回することにより、前記貫通孔の周りを前記複数の基板層で合わせて1周を超えて周回する請求項2に記載の装置。
- 前記第2巻線のパターンは、前記複数の基板層の間で導電ビアにより電気的に接続される請求項3に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のうちの少なくとも1つにおいて、前記第2巻線のパターンは、サブ基板の両面上に形成される請求項3または4に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれは、少なくとも1つの辺において、前記コアにおける巻線の外周側に位置するヨーク部分を通すための切欠きを有する請求項2から5のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板における異なるサブ基板同士の間にそれぞれ配置される複数の前記第1巻線部を備える請求項2から6のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のうち前記第1巻線部と接するサブ基板は、前記第1巻線部と接する面側において内層のみに前記第2巻線のパターンを有する請求項7に記載の装置。
- 前記第1巻線部は、絶縁電線を巻き付けてなる請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板の基板間に冷却風を通す冷却部を更に備える請求項2から9のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 当該装置の筐体内における前記メイン基板と向かい合う内面に設けられ、当該内面に沿って流れる冷却風を、前記複数のサブ基板におけるサブ基板同士の間から前記メイン基板へと向かう方向に向ける整風部を更に備える請求項10に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれは、基板上に搭載された前記第2巻線からの交流電流を整流する整流素子を有する請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記メイン基板は、前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれが出力する直流電流を集約する集約部を有する請求項12に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれと前記集約部との間は、電線により接続される請求項13に記載の装置。
- 前記複数のサブ基板のそれぞれは、前記整流素子と出力端子の間に接続されたインダクタを更に有する請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
- 前記メイン基板は、基板上に搭載され、入力電流を交流に変換して前記第1巻線部に供給するインバータを有する請求項1から15のいずれか一項に記載の装置。
