Abstract
【解決手段】フィルムコンデンサ用の誘電体フィルム3であって、ポリマー樹脂と複合酸化物粒子からなる中央部1と、ポリマー樹脂のみからなり、中央部1の左右にある両端部2と、から構成されている。

Description
図1は本発明の誘電体フィルムの実施の形態の斜視図である。図示する誘電体フィルム3は、中央部1とその左右の両端部2とから構成されている。
本発明者等は、誘電体フィルムを曲げた際の破断確率と、100μF時の誘電体フィルム巻回し体の体積を検証する実験をおこなった。
Claims (2)
- フィルムコンデンサ用の誘電体フィルムであって、
ポリマー樹脂と複合酸化物粒子からなる中央部と、
ポリマー樹脂のみからなり、前記中央部の左右にある両端部と、から構成されている誘電体フィルム。 - 請求項1に記載の誘電体フィルムと、該誘電体フィルムの表面に形成されている金属蒸着膜と、からなる二つの金属化フィルムが重ね合わされ、巻き回されて形成されてなる金属化フィルム柱体と、
前記金属化フィルム柱体の二つの電極取り出し面に形成されている金属溶射部と、
それぞれの前記金属溶射部に接合されている外部引き出し端子と、から構成されているフィルムコンデンサ。
