Claims (4)
- 燃焼炉内に媒体液を循環させる鋼材からなる熱交換用配管が設けられ、前記燃焼炉で塩素を含むバイオマス燃料を燃焼させた燃焼排ガスを前記熱交換用配管に接触させて前記媒体液を加熱する熱交換器であって、
前記熱交換器から流出する側の媒体液温度を検出する流出側温度検出手段と、前記熱交換器へ流入する側に設けられ、前記流出側温度検出手段の検出出力に応じて前記熱交換用配管の媒体液の温度を調整する温度調節手段とを備え、前記温度調節手段により、前記熱交換器内の媒体液の温度を塩酸露点以上400℃以下に制御することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1に記載の熱交換器において、
前記温度調節手段は、前記熱交換器へ流入する側の媒体液温度を検出する流入側温度検出手段と、前記熱交換器へ流入される媒体液の流量を制御する流量制御手段とを備え、前記流出側温度検出手段と流入側温度検出手段との出力に応じて、前記流量制御手段は、熱交換器へ流入される媒体液の流量を制御することを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 請求項1又は2に記載の熱交換器において、前記熱交換器から流出される媒体液の温度を250℃以上310℃以下に制御することを特徴とする熱交換器。
- 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器において、
前記バイオマス燃料は竹材料であることを特徴とする熱交換器。
