車両の駆動力が0よりも大きな低駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関に燃料を供給することなく、前記回転電機からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するEV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が前記低駆動領域よりも大きな高駆動領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関および前記回転電機のうちの少なくとも前記内燃機関からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するHV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が0よりも小さい場合に選択され、車両の走行中のアクセルオフに伴う前記駆動輪からの回転エネルギーによって前記回転電機を駆動して得られる電力を前記二次電池に蓄える回生走行モードとが設定されたハイブリッド車両において、
車速と車両の駆動力に関連するパラメーターとに基づいて前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御する変速制御装置を具え、この変速制御装置は、
所定の車速において前記HV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記EV走行モードにて選択される変速比よりも、前記所定の車速において前記EV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記回生走行モードにて選択される変速比が大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御し、かつ
前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合と、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合とにおいて、前記車速と前記パラメーターとが同じであっても、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比が、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比よりも大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御することを特徴とするものである。

車両の駆動力が0よりも大きな低駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関に燃料を供給することなく、前記回転電機からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するEV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が前記低駆動力領域よりも大きな高駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関および前記回転電機のうちの少なくとも前記内燃機関からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するHV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が0よりも小さい領域にて選択され、車両の走行中のアクセルオフに伴う前記駆動輪からの回転エネルギーによって前記回転電機を駆動して得られる電力を前記二次電池に蓄える回生走行モードとが設定されたハイブリッド車両において、
車速と車両の駆動力に関連するパラメーターとに基づいて前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御する変速制御装置を具え、この変速制御装置は、
所定の車速において、EV走行モード時の変速比よりも、回生走行モード時の変速比が大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御し、かつ
前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合と、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合とにおいて、前記車速と前記パラメーターとが同じであっても、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比が、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比よりも大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御することを特徴とするものである。
また、回生走行モードからEV走行モードに切り替わった場合、変速段を所定時間維持した後に、HV走行モードからEV走行モードに切り替えられた場合の変速段以下の変速段へアップシフトするものであってよい。ただし、回生走行モードからEV走行モードに切り替わり、かつ回転電機の回転速度が所定の回転速度を越えている場合に限り、変速段を所定時間維持することなく、HV走行モードからEV走行モードに切り替えられた場合の変速段以下の変速段へと直ちにアップシフトすることが好ましい。
本発明によるハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置の第2の形態は、駆動輪を駆動する内燃機関と、モーターとして前記駆動輪を駆動し、発電機として電力を車載の二次電池に供給し得る回転電機と、前記内燃機関および前記回転電機と前記駆動輪との間に配され、複数の変速段のうちの1つの変速段を達成し得る多段自動変速機とが搭載され、
車両の駆動力が0よりも大きな低駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関に燃料を供給することなく、前記回転電機からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するEV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が前記低駆動力領域よりも大きな高駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関および前記回転電機のうちの少なくとも前記内燃機関からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するHV走行モードと、車両の駆動力が0よりも小さい場合に選択され、車両の走行中のアクセルオフに伴う前記駆動輪からの回転エネルギーによって前記回転電機を駆動して得られる電力を前記二次電池に蓄える回生走行モードとが設定されたハイブリッド車両において、
車速と車両の駆動力に関連するパラメーターとに基づいて前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御する変速制御装置を具え、この変速制御装置は、
所定の車速において前記HV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記EV走行モードにて選択される変速比よりも、前記所定の車速において前記EV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記回生走行モードにて選択される変速比が大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御し、かつ
前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合と、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合とにおいて、前記車速と前記パラメーターとが同じであっても、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比が、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比よりも大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御することを特徴とするものである。
Claims (4)
- 駆動輪を駆動する内燃機関と、
モーターとして前記駆動輪を駆動し、発電機として電力を車載の二次電池に供給し得る回転電機と、
前記内燃機関および前記回転電機と前記駆動輪との間に配され、複数の変速段のうちの1つの変速段を達成し得る多段自動変速機と
が搭載され、
車両の駆動力が0よりも大きな低駆動力領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関に燃料を供給することなく、前記回転電機からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するEV走行モードと、
車両の駆動力が前記低駆動領域よりも大きな高駆動領域にて選択され、前記内燃機関および前記回転電機のうちの少なくとも前記内燃機関からの出力を前記駆動輪に伝達するHV走行モードと、
車両の駆動力が0よりも小さい領域にて選択され、車両の走行中のアクセルオフに伴う前記駆動輪からの回転エネルギーによって前記回転電機を駆動して得られる電力を前記二次電池に蓄える回生走行モードと
が設定されたハイブリッド車両において、
車速と車両の駆動力に関連するパラメーターとに基づいて前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御する変速制御装置を具え、この変速制御装置は、
所定の車速において前記EV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記HV走行モードにて選択される変速比よりも、前記所定の車速において前記EV走行モードとの境界領域となる前記回生走行モードにて選択される変速比が大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御し、かつ
前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合と、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合とにおいて、前記車速と前記パラメーターとが同じであっても、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比が、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合に選択される変速段の変速比よりも大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御することを特徴とするハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。 - 前記変速制御装置は、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わった場合、変速段を所定時間維持した後に、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替えられた場合の変速段以下の変速段へアップシフトすることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記変速制御装置は、前記回生走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替わり、かつ前記回転電機の回転速度が所定の回転速度を越えている場合に限り、変速段を所定時間維持することなく、前記HV走行モードから前記EV走行モードに切り替えられた場合の変速段以下の変速段へアップシフトすることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
- 前記変速制御装置は、前記所定の車速および前記パラメーターが同一の状況において、前記HV走行モードと前記EV走行モードとの境界領域において前記EV走行モードにて選択される変速段の変速比が前記HV走行モードにて選択される変速段の変速比と同じか、あるいはそれよりも大きくなるように、前記多段自動変速機の変速段の切り替えを制御することを特徴とする請求項1から請求項3の何れか一項に記載のハイブリッド車両の変速制御装置。
