Abstract
【解決手段】 本発明は、特に電動機用の、固定子を生産するための方法であって、第1のステップでは、導体束を形成するために複数の可撓性導体が組み合わされ、第2のステップでは、2つの末端領域間に形成された導体束の中央領域が可撓状態を維持するように導体束の2つの末端領域が押圧される、方法に関する。本発明は更に、対応する固定子に関する。

Claims (8)
- 特に電動機用の、固定子を生産するための方法であって、第1のステップでは、導体束を形成するために複数の可撓性導体(2)が組み合わされ、第2のステップでは、2つの末端領域(3)間に形成された前記導体束の中央領域(4)が可撓状態を維持するように前記導体束の前記2つの末端領域(3)が押圧される、方法。
- 前記導体束の前記末端領域(3)が、熱を供給することによって押圧される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 第3のステップでは、前記固定子の少なくとも1つの巻線ヘッドに前記押圧導体束(1)が取り付けられる、請求項1または2に記載の方法。
- 第4のステップでは、前記巻線ヘッドが、巻線ヘッドエンボス加工装置によって固定子積層コアに対してエンボス加工される、請求項3に記載の方法。
- 前記巻線ヘッドエンボス加工ステップの間、前記巻線ヘッドが、永久的に機械的に固定される、請求項4に記載の方法。
- 前記永久的な機械的な固定が、セメンチングによって達成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 特に電動機用の、固定子であって、少なくとも1つの巻線ヘッド要素を有する固定子であり、前記巻線ヘッド要素が導体束(1)を有し、前記導体束(1)が複数の可撓性導体(2)を有し、前記導体束の2つの末端領域(3)が押圧され、前記末端領域間に形成された前記導体束の中央領域(4)が可撓性であることを特徴とする、固定子。
- 前記可撓性導体(2)の各々が絶縁手段を有する、請求項7に記載の固定子。
