Abstract
Description
まず、本発明の一実施の形態における温水装置の構成について図1を用いて説明する。
入水側の継手13aから入水した湯水は、第1側壁11aの外面の最も一方端側に設けられたヘッダ12を通じて、ケース11の内部に位置する伝熱管13に入る。この伝熱管13内に入った湯水は、第3側壁11cの外面に設けられた図示しないヘッダ12に達する。第3側壁11cの外面に設けられたヘッダ12に達した湯水は、当該ヘッダ12に接続された別の伝熱管13を通って第1側壁11aの外面に設けられたヘッダ12に達する。
図4および図6に示されるように、バッフル19は、本体部19aと、第1凸状部19bと、第2凸状部19cと、第1壁19dと、第2壁19eと、補強部19fと、開口部19gとを有している。本実施の形態では、バッフル19は、本体部19a、第1凸状部19b、第2凸状部19c、補強部19fおよび開口部19gをそれぞれ複数有している。
本実施の形態の顕熱回収熱交換器(熱交換器)10によれば、バッフル19の本体部19aから第1空間IS1に突出する第1凸状部19bおよび本体部19aから第2空間IS2に突出する第2凸状部19cによって、伝熱管13の内部を流れる湯水の乱流が促進される。さらに、本体部19aの第1端部19a1において第1空間IS1および第2空間IS2で第1突出壁19d1および第2突出壁19d2が伝熱管13に接触し、本体部19aの第2端部19a2において第1空間IS1および第2空間IS2で第3突出壁19e1および第4突出壁19e2が伝熱管13に接触することができる。これにより、バッフル19が伝熱管13に挿入されるときに伝熱管13の内部で回転することが抑制される。したがって、伝熱管13の内部にバッフル19を組み付け易くなる。
今回開示された実施の形態はすべての点で例示であって制限的なものではないと考えられるべきである。本発明の範囲は上記した説明ではなくて特許請求の範囲によって示され、特許請求の範囲と均等の意味および範囲内でのすべての変更が含まれることが意図される。
Claims (12)
- 内部空間に湯水を流すための伝熱管と、
前記伝熱管の前記内部空間に配置され、かつ前記内部空間において前記湯水に乱流を発生させるためのバッフルとを備え、
前記バッフルは、
前記伝熱管の軸方向に延在し、かつ前記伝熱管の径方向に前記内部空間を第1空間と第2空間とに分ける本体部と、
前記本体部から前記第1空間に突出する第1凸状部と、
前記本体部から前記第2空間に突出する第2凸状部と、
前記本体部の第1端部に接続され、かつ前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に延在する第1壁と、
前記本体部の第2端部に接続され、かつ前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に延在する第2壁とを含み、
前記第1凸状部および前記第2凸状部の各々は前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間に配置されており、
前記第1壁は、前記本体部に対して前記第1空間に突出する第1突出壁と、前記本体部に対して前記第2空間に突出する第2突出壁とを含み、
前記第2壁は、前記本体部に対して前記第1空間に突出する第3突出壁と、前記本体部に対して前記第2空間に突出する第4突出壁とを含む、熱交換器。 - 前記第1突出壁、前記第2突出壁、前記第3突出壁および前記第4突出壁の各々は前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に延在している、請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1突出壁と前記第2突出壁とは前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に互いに等しい長さを有しており、
前記第3突出壁と前記第4突出壁とは前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に互いに等しい長さを有している、請求項2に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記本体部の前記第1端部と前記第2端部とが対向する方向において、前記第1突出壁と前記第3突出壁とは互いにずれており、前記第2突出壁と前記第4突出壁とは互いにずれている、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記本体部の前記第1端部と前記第2端部とが対向する方向において、前記第1突出壁と前記第3突出壁とは互いに向かい合い、前記第2突出壁と前記第4突出壁とは互いに向かい合う、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記第1凸状部と前記第2凸状部とは、前記本体部の前記第1端部と前記第2端部とが対向する方向に並んで前記本体部に接続されている、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。
- 前記バッフルは、前記伝熱管に固定するための第1引掛け部を含み、
前記第1引掛け部は、前記第1壁と前記第2壁とに設けられており、かつ前記伝熱管の前記軸方向において前記バッフルの前端部から後端部に向かって前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間隔が大きくなるように張り出してから前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間隔が小さくなるように構成されている、請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バッフルは、前記伝熱管に固定するための第2引掛け部を含み、
前記第2引掛け部は、前記第1壁と前記第2壁とに設けられており、かつ前記バッフルの前記後端部において前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間隔が大きくなるように張り出してから前記バッフルの前記前端部側に突き出すように構成されている、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バッフルは、前記伝熱管に固定するための第2引掛け部を含み、
前記第2引掛け部は、前記第1壁と前記第2壁とに設けられており、かつ前記伝熱管の前記軸方向において前記バッフルの前記後端部から前記前端部に向かって前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間隔が大きくなるように張り出してから前記第1壁と前記第2壁との間隔が小さくなるように構成されている、請求項7に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記バッフルは、前記第1壁と前記第2壁とを接続し、かつ前記伝熱管の前記軸方向に前記本体部と間隔をあけて配置された補強部を含み、
前記伝熱管の前記軸方向において前記補強部の幅は前記本体部の幅よりも大きい、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 前記伝熱管の前記径方向における前記内部空間の断面は楕円形であり、
前記伝熱管の前記軸方向から前記第1凸状部および前記第2凸状部を見たときの前記第1空間における前記第1凸状部の先端から前記第2空間における前記第2凸状部の先端までの長さは、前記断面の前記楕円形の短軸の長さ以下である、請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器。 - 請求項1〜11のいずれか1項に記載の熱交換器と、
前記熱交換器に供給される加熱用気体を発生させるためのバーナとを備えた、温水装置。
