Claims (6)
- 流体を流通させる流体流通装置であって、
ある方向に延びるとともにその方向に対して交差する方向に並ぶように配列されていて前記流体をそれぞれ流通させる複数のマイクロチャネルと、その複数のマイクロチャネルの配列方向において隣り合うマイクロチャネル同士を繋いで連通させる少なくとも1つの連通部とが内部に形成された構造体を備える、流体流通装置。 - 前記複数のマイクロチャネルは、前記構造体内においてある方向に延びるとともにその方向に対して交差する方向に並ぶように配列されていて第1流体をそれぞれ流通させる複数の第1マイクロチャネルと、前記構造体内において、前記第1流路が延びる方向及びその第1流路の配列方向の両方に対して垂直な並列方向に前記複数の第1マイクロチャネルの列から間隔をあけて配置されるとともに当該第1マイクロチャネルの列と並列に配列され、第2流体をそれぞれ流通させる複数の第2マイクロチャネルとを含み、
前記構造体は、当該構造体を前記並列方向から見た場合に前記複数の第1マイクロチャネルが配列されている配列範囲と、前記配列範囲の外側に位置していて前記第1マイクロチャネルが配列されていない非配列範囲とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの連通部は、前記非配列範囲に設けられていて、隣り合う前記第2マイクロチャネル同士を連通させる非配列範囲連通部を含む、請求項1に記載の流体流通装置。 - 前記各第2マイクロチャネルは、前記非配列範囲に配置されている部分であって当該第2マイクロチャネルの入口から下流側の所定の範囲にわたる部分である導入部を有し、
前記非配列範囲連通部は、隣り合う前記第2マイクロチャネルの前記導入部同士を連通させる、請求項2に記載の流体流通装置。 - 前記各マイクロチャネルは、曲折部と、その曲折部の下流側に連続する下流部とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの連通部は、隣り合う前記マイクロチャネルの前記下流部同士を連通させる下流部連通部を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の流体流通装置。 - 前記複数のマイクロチャネルは、前記構造体内においてある方向に延びるとともにその方向に対して交差する方向に並ぶように配列されていて第1流体をそれぞれ流通させる複数の第1マイクロチャネルと、前記構造体内において、前記第1流路が延びる方向及びその第1流路の配列方向の両方に対して垂直な並列方向に前記複数の第1マイクロチャネルの列から間隔をあけて配置されるとともに当該第1マイクロチャネルの列と並列に配列され、第2流体をそれぞれ流通させる複数の第2マイクロチャネルとを含み、
前記構造体は、当該構造体を前記並列方向から見た場合に前記複数の第1マイクロチャネルが配列されている配列範囲と、前記配列範囲の外側に位置していて前記第1マイクロチャネルが配列されていない非配列範囲とを有し、
前記少なくとも1つの連通部は、前記配列範囲に設けられていて、隣り合う前記第2マイクロチャネルのうち前記配列範囲に配置された部分同士を連通させる複数の配列範囲連通部を含み、
前記複数の配列範囲連通部は、前記並列方向から見て当該配列範囲連通部と重なる前記第1流路と交差する方向に並んでいる、請求項1に記載の流体流通装置。 - 前記連通部は、前記マイクロチャネルの流路幅以下の幅を有する、請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載の流体流通装置。
