Abstract

L’invention concerne un échangeur de chaleur (1) comprenant plusieurs plaques (2) agencées parallèlement entre elles et à une direction longitudinale (z), lesdites plaques (2) étant empilées avec espacement de façon à définir entre elles au moins un premier ensemble de passages (10A, 10B) configurés pour l’écoulement d’un premier fluide (F1) globalement suivant la direction longitudinale (z) et au moins un deuxième ensemble de passages (20) configurés pour l’écoulement d’un deuxième fluide (F2) à mettre en relation d’échange thermique avec le premier fluide (F1), au moins un premier passage (10A) du premier ensemble comprenant un premier dispositif mélangeur (3A) et au moins un deuxième passage (10B) du premier ensemble comprenant un deuxième dispostif mélangeur (3B), chacun des premier et deuxième dispositifs mélangeurs (3A, 3B) comprenant au moins un canal latéral (31A, 31B) configuré pour l’écoulement d’une première phase (61) du premier fluide (F1) à partir d’au moins une première entrée (311A, 311B), une série de canaux longitudinaux (32A, 32B) s’étendant suivant la direction longitudinale (z) et configurés chacun pour l’écoulement d’une deuxième phase (62) du premier fluide (F1) à partir d’une deuxième entrée (321A, 321B) jusqu’à une deuxième sortie (322A, 322B), lesdits canaux longitudinaux se succédant suivant une direction latérale (y) orthogonale à la direction longitudinale (z), et au moins un orifice (34) reliant fluidiquement ledit au moins un canal latéral (31A, 31B) à au moins un canal longitudinal (32A, 32B) de sorte que les premier et deuxième dispositif mélangeur (3A, 3B) sont configurés pour distribuer un mélange de la première phase (61) et de la deuxième phase (62) par les deuxièmes sorties (322A, 322B). Selon l’invention, les canaux longitudinaux (32A) du premier dispositif mélangeur (3A) sont agencés, au moins en partie, à des positions suivant la direction latérale (y) différentes des positions des canaux longitudinaux (32B) du deuxième dispositif mélangeur (3B).
