Abstract
L’invention concerne un changeur-réacteur ou échangeur comprenant une pluralité de parois (12) empilées suivant une direction d’empilement (z) qui est orthogonale à une direction longitudinale (x) et à une direction latérale (y), de façon à définir entre elles au moins une première série d’étages (10). Chaque étage (10) est divisé, suivant la direction longitudinale (x), en au moins une zone d’échange (4) et au moins une zone de distribution (3, 5) agencée en amont et/ou en aval de la zone d’échange (4), avec des interfaces de liaison (43, 45) agencée chacune entre la zone d’échange (4) et ladite zone de distribution (3, 5), ladite zone d’échange (4) comprend une pluralité de canaux d’échange (41) délimités par des cloisons (46) qui s’étendent de façon continue entre les deux interfaces de liaison (43, 45), et ladite au moins une zone de distribution (3, 5) comprend une pluralité de canaux distributeurs (31, 51) qui relient chacun une interface d’entrée de fluide (33) et/ou de sortie de fluide (55) disposée sur un bord longitudinal (10a) de l’étage (10) avec une interface de liaison (43, 45) de façon à acheminer le premier fluide (F1) respectivement vers les canaux d’échange (41) et/ou depuis les canaux d’échange (41), chaque canal distributeur (31, 51) étant délimité par au moins une ligne directrice (dm) qui s’étend entre l’interface d’entrée et/ou de sortie de fluide (33, 55) et une interface de liaison (43, 45) et qui est une courbe homothétique du contour externe (D) avec un rapport d’homothétie (km) prédéterminé, et une pluralité de protubérances (9) étant disposées le long de chaque ligne directrice (dm) et s’étendant entre la paire de parois adjacentes (12), lesdites protubérances (9) étant aptes à changer au moins une direction d’écoulement du premier fluide (F1) et présentant chacune, en coupe dans un plan parallèle aux directions longitudinale (x) et latérale (y), un profil hydrodynamique en forme d’aile.
