Abstract
【解決手段】 第1工程でドライブプーリ13およびドリブンプーリ14のうちのスリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数および巻き付き径から非スリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数を推定し、第2工程でスリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数および巻き付き径から金属ベルト15により伝達されるトルクを算出し、第3工程でトルクおよび非スリップ側プーリの巻き付き径から該非スリップ側プーリの必要軸推力を算出し、第4工程で非スリップ側プーリのレシオ保持軸推力を必要軸推力に向けて減少させて変速比を変更するので、スリップ側プーリの軸推力を増加させて変速を行う従来の制御を行うことなく、非スリップ側プーリの軸推力を減少させるだけで変速を行うことが可能となり、プーリ13,14や金属ベルト15の耐久性の向上や油圧ポンプの負荷の低減が可能となる。

Claims (2)
- ドライブプーリ(13)およびドリブンプーリ(14)に金属ベルト(15)を巻き掛け、前記ドライブプーリ(13)および前記ドリブンプーリ(14)の軸推力を変化させることで変速比を変更するベルト式無段変速機の変速制御方法であって、
前記ドライブプーリ(13)および前記ドリブンプーリ(14)のうちのスリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数およびレシオの関係から非スリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数およびレシオの関係を推定する第1工程と、前記スリップ側プーリの接線方向摩擦係数および巻き付き径から前記金属ベルト(15)により伝達される伝達トルクを算出する第2工程と、前記伝達トルクおよび前記非スリップ側プーリの巻き付き径から該非スリップ側プーリのスリップを抑制するための必要軸推力を算出する第3工程と、前記非スリップ側プーリのレシオ保持軸推力を前記必要軸推力に向けて減少させて変速比を変更する第4工程と、
を含むことを特徴とするベルト式無段変速機の変速制御方法。 - レシオが所定値以上の領域では前記ドリブンプーリ(14)において前記軸推力の減少制御を実施し、レシオが前記所定値未満の領域では前記ドライブプーリ(13)において前記軸推力の減少制御を実施することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のベルト式無段変速機の変速制御方法。
