Abstract
Description
前記第1および第2の収納部は、蓋部材(11b,12b)により開閉可能な機器搬入用開口部(11c,12c)を備え、前記燃料電池ユニット(2)と前記水素燃料タンク(3)は前記第1の収納部(11)に収容され、前記二次電池(4)と前記電力調整手段(5)は前記第2の収納部(12)に収容されていることを特徴とする。
水素系機器(燃料電池ユニット、水素燃料タンク)とそれ以外の電気系機器(二次電池、電力調整手段)とが、相互に隔離された第1、第2の収納部に別々に収容されるので、万一電気系機器に電気スパークを生じても、第1の収納部内でパージされた水素ガスとの接触を防止できる。
図1において、本発明実施形態に係る燃料電池船1は、船体10の後部に推進力を得るためのプロペラおよび電動機を備えた電動船外機6が操舵可能に取付けられ、この電動船外機6に電力を供給する燃料電池システムを構成する水素系機器と電気系機器が、船体10の後部に並設された2つの収納部11,12に分配して収容されている。

Claims (5)
- 船体と、
前記船体に推進力を発生させる動力源となる電動機と、
前記電動機に電力を供給するための燃料電池ユニットと、
前記燃料電池ユニットに水素燃料を供給するための水素燃料タンクと、
前記燃料電池ユニットの補助電源となる二次電池と、
前記電動機に供給する電力を調整する電力調整手段と、
を備えた燃料電池船において、
前記船体は、相互に隔離された第1および第2の収納部を備え、
前記第1および第2の収納部は、蓋部材により開閉可能な機器搬入用開口部を備え、
前記燃料電池ユニットと前記水素燃料タンクは前記第1の収納部に収容され、
前記二次電池と前記電力調整手段は前記第2の収納部に収容されていることを特徴とする燃料電池船。 - 前記第1の収納部を、フィルタを介して外気に連通させる外気導入通路をさらに備えたことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の燃料電池船。
- 前記外気導入通路を開閉する開閉手段と、前記第1の収納部内の酸素濃度を検知する酸素濃度センサと、前記酸素濃度が設定値以下となった場合に前記フィルタを介して前記第1の収納部に外気を導入すべく前記開閉手段による開閉動作を行う制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池船。
- 前記外気導入通路を開閉する開閉手段と、前記燃料電池ユニットの積算運転時間を計測する手段と、前記積算運転時間が設定値となった場合に前記フィルタを介して前記第1の収納部に外気を導入すべく前記開閉手段による開閉動作を行う制御手段と、を備えたことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の燃料電池船。
- 前記電力調整手段は、DC/DCコンバータ、インバータ、ブレーカからなる群から選択される少なくとも1つの機器を備えることを特徴とする請求項1〜4の何れか一項に記載の燃料電池船。
