Abstract
Description
10μl酢酸を添加した7%ポリエチレングリコール水溶液20mLに、テトラメトキシシラン10mlを、攪拌混合後、内径6mmのポリカーボネート管に入れ両端をシールし、40℃でゲル化した。0.1Mアンモニア水溶液で置換し、16時間熟成しエタノールで置換乾燥後に、300℃、400℃、550℃、650℃、800℃、1000℃で8時間焼成し、外径3mm〜5.5mmの6種のモノリス多孔質体を得た。厚さ1mmに切断し保持体を得た。

Claims (18)
- スルーポア及びメソポアを備えた一体型多孔質体で構成された保持体を備え、前記保持体にアセトアルデヒド酸化還元酵素及びアセトアルデヒドの酵素反応により生じた物質と反応して発色する発色反応剤が保持されていると共に、前記スルーポア及び前記メソポアに水が保持されていることを特徴とするアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体は、モノリス多孔質体又はガラス多孔質体を含むセラミック多孔質体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体は、300℃以上600℃未満で焼成されて形成されたモノリス多孔質体又はアルカリ処理が施されたセラミック多孔質体であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体は、スルーポアの径が1μm〜100μm、メソポアの径が0.001μm〜0.05μmであることを特徴とする請求項1から3のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体の前記スルーポア及び前記メソポアの表面が親水性であることを特徴とする請求項1から4のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体に、親水性基が保持体のシラノールに結合されて導入される化学処理が施されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体は、体積基準保水率80%以上を、10分以上維持することが出来る保持体であることを特徴とする請求項1から6のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記保持体の上部のスルーポア及びメソポア内に酵素及び発色反応物質が濃縮されて保持されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 上部開口の凹部を備えたホルダーと請求項1から8の内いずれか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーを備え、前記凹部に前記アセトアルデヒドセンサーが設置されていることを特徴とするパッシブ型アセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記凹部を覆う蓋部を備え、ガスバリア性を備えることを特徴とする請求項9に記載のパッシブ型アセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- 前記凹部には、液溜め空間がアセトアルデヒドセンサーに隣接して設けられていることを特徴とする請求項9又は10に記載のパッシブ型アセトアルデヒドセンサー。
- スルーポア及びメソポアを備えた一体型多孔質体で構成された保持体に、アセトアルデヒド酸化還元酵素及びアセトアルデヒドの酵素反応により生じた物質と反応して発色する発色反応剤を付加して、前記スルーポア及び前記メソポア内に供給し、前記スルーポア及び前記メソポア内に水を保持させることを特徴とするアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- 前記保持体は、300℃以上600℃未満で焼成して形成したモノリス多孔質体又はアルカリ処理を施したセラミック多孔質体であることを特徴とする請求項12に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- 前記保持体に親水性処理を施したことを特徴とする請求項12又は13に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- 酵素反応溶液及び発色反応溶液は、前記保持体の上面から供給して下面から過剰分を排出させて、保持体の上部のスルーポア及びメソポア内に酵素及び発色反応物質を濃縮させて保持させることを特徴とする請求項12から14のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- アセトアルデヒドセンサーの使用の直前に、前記保持体に酵素反応溶液及び発色反応溶液を付加することを特徴とする請求項12から15のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- アセトアルデヒドセンサーの使用の直前に、予め酵素反応溶液を付加している前記保持体に発色反応溶液を付加することを特徴とする請求項12から15のうち何れか1項に記載のアセトアルデヒドセンサーの製造方法。
- スルーポア及びメソポアを備えた一体型多孔質体で構成された保持体を備え、前記保持体にアセトアルデヒド酸化還元酵素及びアセトアルデヒドの酵素反応により生じた物質と反応して発色する発色反応剤が保持されると共に、前記スルーポア及び前記メソポアに水が保持されていることを特徴とするアセトアルデヒドセンサーを大気中に暴露することを特徴とするアセトアルデヒドを検出する方法。
