Abstract
【解決手段】駆動システム50は、第一の駆動経路を介して第一の駆動ピニオン60を回転させるように動作可能なモーター52と、車輪に固定するように設けられる被動ギア20と、を含む。駆動システムは、第一の駆動ピニオンが被動ギアに噛み合い、モーターによって第一の駆動経路を介して被動ギアを駆動可能な第一の形態をとることができる。第一の駆動ピニオンと被動ギアの一方は、第一のスプロケット80A,Bを備え、他方は、複数列に配置され各列が環状をなす一連のローラー82A,Bを備え、各ローラーが、第一の駆動ピニオンまたは被動ギアの回転軸から一定の距離にあるローラー軸周りにそれぞれ回転可能である。

gear)に限定される。これは、当該システムが大きなスペースを占めるため、車輪周辺の大部分がブレーキシステムによって占められる主着陸装置(main landing gear)に組み込むことができないためである。しかし、前部着陸装置は、地上走行中に着陸装置全体によって支持される垂直荷重全体のごく一部を支持するのみである(航空機重量の5%程度)。そのため、航空機の地上走行の信頼性を高めるための、駆動される前部着陸装置の車輪と地上の間の摩擦が不足する恐れがある。これは、航空機の重心が機尾端部の方に位置しており、地面が滑りやすい場合に、特に重要である。
Claims (16)
- 航空機の着陸装置の車輪を回転する駆動システムであって、
第一の駆動経路を介して第一の駆動ピニオンを回転させるように動作可能なモーターと、
前記車輪に固定するように設けられる被動ギアと、
を含み、
前記駆動システムは、前記第一の駆動ピニオンが前記被動ギアに噛み合うことができ、前記モーターによって前記第一の駆動経路を介して前記被動ギアを駆動可能な第一の形態をとることができ、
前記第一の駆動ピニオンと前記被動ギアの一方は、第一のスプロケットを備え、他方は、複数列に配置され各列が環状をなす一連のローラーを備え、
各ローラーが、前記第一の駆動ピニオンまたは被動ギアの回転軸から一定の距離にあるローラー軸周りにそれぞれ回転可能であることを特徴とする駆動システム。 - 前記一連のローラーのそれぞれがピンの周りに回転可能であり、前記ピンはそれぞれ環状支持部材に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の駆動システム。
- ローラーの前記列のうちの2つは、前記環状支持部材の両側に1列ずつ配置されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の駆動システム。
- さらに2つの環状リングを備え、ローラーの前記列は、前記環状支持部材と各環状リングの間に伸長するように配置されることを特徴とする請求項3に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記第一の形態において、歯の列が、ローラーの列とそれぞれ噛み合うことができることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項4のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記第一の駆動ピニオンは前記第一のスプロケットを備え、前記被動ギアは前記一連のローラーを備えることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項5のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 隣接したローラーの列は、同位相であるか、前記ローラーのピッチの分数だけ異なる位相であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項6のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記駆動システムは、前記第一の形態と、前記第一の駆動ピニオンが前記被動ギアに噛み合うことができない第三の形態と、の間で切り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項7のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 第二の駆動ピニオンを含み、
前記モーターは、第二の駆動経路を介して前記第二の駆動ピニオンを回転させるように動作可能であり、
前記駆動システムは、
前記第一の形態と、前記第二の駆動ピニオンが前記被動ギアに噛み合うことができ、前記モーターが前記第二の駆動経路を介して前記被動ギアを駆動可能な第二の形態と、の間で切り替え可能であり、
前記第二の駆動ピニオンと前記被動ギアの一方は、第二のスプロケットを備え、他方は、前記一連のローラーを備え、
前記第一の駆動経路のギア比は、前記第二の駆動経路よりも高いことを特徴とする請求項1から請求項8のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第二の駆動ピニオンは前記第二のスプロケットを備え、前記被動ギアは前記一連のローラーを備えることを特徴とする請求項9記載の駆動システム。
- 前記第一、第二の形態、および前記第一、第二の駆動ピニオンがいずれも前記被動ギアに噛み合うことができない第三の形態の間で切り替え可能であることを特徴とする請求項9または請求項10に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記第一、第二の駆動ピニオンは、前記被動ギアに対して移動可能であり、
前記第一、第二の駆動ピニオンは、双方が同時に前記被動ギアに噛み合うことができないことを特徴とする請求項9から請求項11のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。 - 前記第一、第二の形態の間で前記駆動システムを動かすように構成されたアクチュエータを含むことを特徴とする請求項9から請求項12のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 前記駆動システムは、着陸装置の車軸に剛結合されたブラケット、着陸装置の主部品、または着陸装置のスライダによって支持されることを特徴とする請求項1から請求項13のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システム。
- 車輪と、
請求項1から請求項14のいずれか1項に記載の駆動システムと、
を備え、
前記駆動システムの前記被動ギアが前記車輪に固定されていることを特徴とする航空機の着陸装置。 - 前記航空機の地上走行および/または着陸前の前記車輪のスピンアップのために、前記車輪が駆動可能であることを特徴とする請求項15に記載の航空機の着陸装置。
