Abstract
Description
すなわち、従来技術では、アクリル系ワニスでコイルを含浸することにより、コイルの変形を防止している。また、鉄心の中空部もしくは変圧器に取り付けたアングル上に樹脂片を設置し、この樹脂片の上にコイルを載置することにより、下面からコイルを支持している。
図1はこの発明の実施の形態1による低圧乾式変圧器の正面図、図2はこの発明の実施の形態1による低圧乾式変圧器の側面図、図3は図1のA−A線に沿った断面図である。

Claims (4)
- 内側巻線と外側巻線とからなるコイルの内方に鉄心が挿通され、上記コイルの鉄心挿通方向に沿った下端と上端には、上記鉄心の上記コイルからの突出部を挿通するとともに、上記コイルの下端面と上端面を覆う絶縁部材がそれぞれ配置され、下側の上記絶縁部材は上記鉄心の上記突出部と一体化された支持部材で支持され、また上側の上記絶縁部材と上記鉄心の上記突出部との間には締結具が介在され、上記締結具の締結により上記コイルが上下の上記絶縁部材によって挟着される一方、上記コイルを構成する上記外側巻線、上記内側巻線、および上記内側巻線に対向する上記鉄心の相互間の隙間が全て絶縁材料と接着材料とからなる充填材で充填固定されている低圧乾式変圧器。
- 上記締結具は、上記鉄心の上記突出部と一体化されたナット、および上記ナットに螺合されて上側の上記絶縁部材を押圧するボルトからなる請求項1に記載の低圧乾式変圧器。
- 上記鉄心は上記コイルの挿通方向に直交する方向の断面が長方形であり、上記鉄心の短辺側とその外方に位置する上記内側巻線との間には、上記内側巻線に対する変形防止用の樹脂片と絶縁材とが介在されている請求項1または請求項2に記載の低圧乾式変圧器。
- 上記接着材料は、エポキシ系のプリプレグ、およびエポキシ系ワニスを含浸、硬化して得られたエポキシ材で構成されている請求項1から請求項3のいずれか1項に記載の低圧乾式変圧器。
