Claims (6)
- 対向し合う第1の主面及び第2の主面を有する圧電基板と、
前記圧電基板における前記第1の主面上に設けられており、Moを主成分とする第1の電極層を有するIDT電極と、
前記圧電基板における前記第1の主面上に設けられており、前記IDT電極を覆っている誘電体膜と、
を備え、
前記圧電基板は、ニオブ酸リチウムで構成されており、
前記誘電体膜は、酸化ケイ素で構成されており、
前記圧電基板を伝搬するレイリー波を利用しており、
前記IDT電極のデューティが0.55以上、0.75以下である、弾性波装置。 - 前記IDT電極は、さらに、第2の電極層を有し、
前記第2の電極層は、前記第1の電極層上に直接的または間接的に積層されており、かつAlからなる、請求項1に記載の弾性波装置。 - アンテナに接続されるアンテナ端子と、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、第1の通過帯域を有し、かつ請求項1または2に記載の弾性波装置を含む第1の帯域通過型フィルタと、
前記アンテナ端子に接続されており、前記第1の通過帯域とは異なる第2の通過帯域を有する第2の帯域通過型フィルタと、
を備える、弾性波装置。 - 前記第1の通過帯域と前記第2の通過帯域との周波数間隔が10MHz以上である、請求項3に記載の弾性波装置。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の弾性波装置と、
パワーアンプと、
を備える、高周波フロントエンド回路。 - 請求項5に記載の高周波フロントエンド回路と、
RF信号処理回路と、
を備える、通信装置。
