Claims (8)
- 集電箔の片面に正極層、他面に負極層が形成されたバイポーラ電極と、
前記正極層と前記負極層の少なく一方の少なくとも表面に形成された電解質層と、
前記正極層、前記負極層及び前記電解質層の少なくともいずれかの側面に形成された多孔質絶縁体と、を有し、
前記バイポーラ電極に対して、前記電解質層を少なくとも一層積層させることによりバイポーラ電池を構成し、
前記多孔質絶縁体は、無機粒子と、前記電解質層から染み出した電解液の流動性を低下させる反応剤とを有することを特徴とする二次電池。 - 前記反応剤が、前記電解液中の溶媒分子と錯体を形成することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無機粒子は、骨格材として絶縁性を有することにより前記多孔質絶縁体の熱変形を防止することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記無機粒子の表面が、前記反応剤により被覆されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記反応剤が、Li塩、Na塩、K塩の少なくとも一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
- 前記Li塩が、(CF3SO2)2NLi、 (SO2F)2NLi、LiPF6、LiClO4、LiAsF6、LiBF4、LiB(C6H5)4、CH3SO3Li、CF3SO3Liの少なくとも一つ以上を含むことを特徴とする請求項5に記載の二次電池。
- 前記バイポーラ電池を複数積層した積層構造を有し、
前記多孔質絶縁体は、上下に配置された一対の前記バイポーラ電池の一対の前記集電箔の間に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。 - 前記電解質層は、前記正極層と前記負極層の少なく一方の表面及び側面に形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の二次電池。
