Abstract
【解決手段】 油圧ショベル1は、支持構造体をなす旋回フレーム7と、旋回フレーム7の前側に位置してオペレータが搭乗するキャブ14と、旋回フレーム7とキャブ14との間に設けられ旋回フレーム7上でキャブ14を防振状態で支持する複数個の防振部材18とを含んで構成されている。この上で、旋回フレーム7と各防振部材18との間には、旋回フレーム7と防振部材18との間を連結すると共に、旋回フレーム7に対するキャブ14の高さ位置を調整するための中間連結部材20が設けられている。さらに、中間連結部材20は、旋回フレーム7に下側から固定されている。

Claims (5)
- 支持構造体をなす車体フレームと、前記車体フレームの前側に位置してオペレータが搭乗するキャブと、前記車体フレームと前記キャブとの間に設けられ前記車体フレーム上で前記キャブを防振状態で支持する複数個の防振部材とを備えてなる建設機械において、
前記車体フレームと前記各防振部材との間には、前記車体フレームと前記防振部材との間を連結すると共に、前記車体フレームに対する前記キャブの高さ位置を調整するための中間連結部材が設けられており、
前記中間連結部材は、前記車体フレームに下側から固定されていることを特徴とする建設機械。 - 前記防振部材は、振動の減衰機能を有する本体部と、前記本体部の外周に設けられたフランジ部と、前記本体部から上側に向けて突出し前記キャブの底板に取付けられる締着部とからなり、
前記中間連結部材は、前記車体フレームに対して前記防振部材を支持する連結具と、前記車体フレームに対する前記キャブの高さ位置を調整するスペーサとを有し、
前記スペーサは、前記中間連結部材の前記連結具と前記防振部材のフランジ部との間に配設されて前記キャブの高さ位置を高くするアップ側スペーサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記防振部材は、振動の減衰機能を有する本体部と、前記本体部の外周に設けられたフランジ部と、前記本体部から上側に向けて突出し前記キャブの底板に取付けられる締着部とからなり、
前記中間連結部材は、前記車体フレームに対して前記防振部材を支持する連結具と、前記車体フレームに対する前記キャブの高さ位置を調整するスペーサとを有し、
前記スペーサは、前記車体フレームと前記中間連結部材の前記連結具との間に配設されて前記キャブの高さ位置を低くするダウン側スペーサであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。 - 前記スペーサは、前記防振部材の前記本体部を挟んで2つの部材に分割されていることを特徴とする請求項2または3に記載の建設機械。
- 前記防振部材は、振動の減衰機能を有する本体部と、前記本体部の外周に設けられたフランジ部と、前記本体部から上側に向けて突出し前記キャブの底板に取付けられる締着部とからなり、
前記中間連結部材は、前記防振部材の前記本体部を囲む円板状をなし前記車体フレームに対して前記防振部材を支持する連結部と、前記防振部材の前記フランジ部に対面するように前記連結部の内周側に上向きに突出して設けられ、前記車体フレームの板厚寸法と異なる高さ寸法を有すると共に前記フランジ部が取付けられる高さ調整部とにより構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の建設機械。
