Claims (15)
- 外科用装置であって、
前記外科用装置の動作運動を実行するように構成されている機構部と、
元の形状と変形した形状とを有する少なくとも1つの変換部材と、を備え、
前記機構部が前記動作運動を実行することができるように前記少なくとも1つの変換部材が前記変形した形状にあるときに、前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、前記機構部をともに接続し、
前記変換部材が遷移温度に曝された後、前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、前記機構部が前記動作運動を実行することが防止されるように前記機構部の一部を離脱させる、外科用装置。 - 前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、形状記憶材料で少なくとも部分的に構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、前記機構部の前記一部を離脱させるために前記少なくとも1つの変換部材が前記変形した形状から前記元の形状に変わるときに、軸方向に移動するピンを含む、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ピンは、ピボットピンであり、前記ピボットピンを軸方向に移動させることに起因して、前記機構部の少なくとも2つの相対的に枢動するアームは、互いから離脱する、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ピンは、前記機構部の案内軌道のガイド)を位置合わせするキャッチピンであり、前記ピンを移動させることに起因して、前記案内軌道は、前記機構部がもはや前記動作運動を実行することができないように離脱する、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記ピンは、壁部を位置合わせするキャッチピンであり、前記ピンを移動させることに起因して、前記ピンは、機構部がもはや前記動作運動を実行することができないように壁部から離脱する、請求項3に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記変換部材は、1つの方向への前記機構部の移動を防止し、同時に、前記機構部が2つ以上の方向に移動することを可能にする、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記変換部材は、前記遷移温度に曝されたときに前記変形した形状から前記元の形状に変わり、前記外科用装置は、前記変換部材が前記元の形状にあるときに動作不能になる、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、案内路又は摺動部材の少なくとも一部である、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記外科用装置は、ハウジングを含み、前記少なくとも1つの変換部材は、前記元の形状を呈すると前記ハウジングの少なくとも一部は、ばらばらになるように構成されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記機構部は、2つ以上の歯車を含む傘歯車及び平歯車であり、前記2つ以上の歯車のうちの少なくとも1つは、前記変換部材が前記変形した形状にあるときに前記変換部材周りに回転し、前記変換部材によって接続されている、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記機構部は、4つのリンクを含む4本棒リンクであり、前記変換部材は、前記変換部材が前記変形した形状にあるときに前記4つのリンクのうちの少なくとも2つをともに接続する、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記機構部は、摺動部クランク又は自在継手であり、前記変換部材は、前記変換部材が前記変形した形状にあるときに前記機構部のうちの少なくとも2つの部分を接続する、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
- 変換部材は、前記変換部材の少なくとも一部が前記ハウジングに対して移動可能ではないように前記ハウジングに接続されている、請求項10に記載の外科用装置。
- 前記変換部材は、作業部分と、ピボットピンとを含み、前記ピボットピンは、前記変換部材が前記変形した形状にあるときに前記機構部内へ延び、前記ピボットピンは、前記変換部材が前記元の形状にあるときに前記機構部の少なくとも一部から退避される、請求項1に記載の外科用装置。
