Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- X線を発生するX線源と、
前記X線源への管電圧と管電流とを調節する高電圧発生器と、
前記X線源から発生され被検体を透過したX線を検出するX線検出器と、
前記検出されたX線に応じた電気信号を前記X線検出器から読み出し、前記読み出した電気信号を可変のゲインで増幅するデータ収集部と、
前記被検体に関する位置決め画像に基づいて方向性変調スキャンにおける管電流の変調条件と前記ゲインとを決定する決定部と、
を具備するX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記位置決め画像に基づいて所定のスライスにおける前記被検体の扁平率を計算し、前記扁平率が第1の所定値以上である場合、前記所定のスライスにおける前記被検体の長軸方向に関する前記変調条件の値を減少させ、前記扁平率が前記第1の所定値以下である場合、前記ゲインを減少させる、請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記決定部は、前記位置決め画像に基づいて前記変調条件の暫定値を複数のスライス各々について計算し、前記暫定値での前記データ収集部の出力値分布を前記複数のスライス各々について計算し、前記複数のスライスの中から第2の所定値以上の出力値を有するスライスを特定し、前記特定されたスライスを前記所定のスライスに設定する、請求項2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記決定部は、前記複数のスライスの中に前記第2の所定値以上の出力値を有するスライスがない場合、前記ゲインの暫定値を上昇させる、請求項2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記決定部は、前記扁平率が前記第1の所定値以上である場合、前記所定のスライスにおける前記長軸方向に関する前記変調条件の設定値を、前記データ収集部の出力値が第2の所定値以下になるまで減少させる、請求項2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記決定部は、前記扁平率が第1の所定値以上である場合、前記所定のスライスにおける前記被検体の長軸方向に関する前記変調条件の値を、前記被検体の短軸方向に関する前記変調条件の値まで減少させる、請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記決定部は、前記所定のスライスにおける前記被検体の被検体厚、水等価厚又は管電流値に関する前記扁平率を計算する、請求項2記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
- 前記被検体の位置決めのための位置決めスキャンを実行するように前記高電圧発生器を制御するスキャン制御部と、
前記位置決めスキャンにおいて前記データ収集部により収集された生データに基づいて前記位置決め画像を再構成する再構成部と、を更に備える、
請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。 - 前記決定部は、前記位置決め画像に基づいて前記変調条件の値を複数のスライス各々について計算し、前記複数のスライスの中に前記値のもとで前記データ収集部がオーバーフローするスライスが存在する場合、前記データ収集部のゲインを維持しつつ、前記被検体の長軸方向に関する前記値を減少させる、請求項1記載のX線コンピュータ断層撮影装置。
