Abstract

Claims (10)
- 電気エネルギを蓄積するためのセルモジュール(11)を含むことと、
前記セルモジュール(11)を入れておくためのハウジング(17)を含むことと、
前記セルモジュール(11)から位置的に離れ、前記セルモジュール(11)に作用する機械負荷を測定することを目的とするセンサ(12)を含むことと、
を特徴とするトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。 - 前記センサ(12)は、前記セルモジュール(11)の変形に基づいて、前記負荷を検出するように構成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。
- 前記センサ(12)は、前記ハウジング(17)に、特に、前記ハウジング(17)の床下(15)または側壁(14)に組み込まれることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。
- 前記センサ(12)は、前記セルモジュール(11)間に配置されることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。
- 前記センサ(12)は、フィルムセンサ(12)であることを特徴とする、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。
- 前記フィルムセンサ(12)はそれぞれ、2つのフィルム、特に、ポリエステルフィルムを含むことと、
前記フィルムはそれぞれ、片側に導体トラックを有することと、
を特徴とする、請求項5に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。 - 各前記フィルムの前記導体トラックは、互いに平行に配置されることと、
前記フィルムは、前記導体トラックが、交点で互いに接触するように重ね合わせて配置されることと、
を特徴とする、請求項6に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、12)。 - 前記フィルムは、半導電性の態様で、内側の少なくとも前記交点にコーティングを施されることを特徴とする、請求項7に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。
- 前記フィルムセンサ(12)はまた、電子マルチプレクサを含むことと、
前記マルチプレクサは、各前記交点が電圧に接続されるように構成され、その結果、前記電圧によってもたらされる、前記それぞれの交点での電流強さは、前記交点に作用する機械圧力によって決まることと、
を特徴とする、請求項8に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)。 - 車両(30)を駆動するための電気モータ(21)を含むことと、
前記電気モータ(21)に電気接続される、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のトラクションバッテリ(10、20)を含むことと、
