Abstract
【解決手段】温度センサ素子は、全体のセンサポート直径を増加することなく、圧力センサキャビティ容積を増加するため、温度−圧力センサボディ/パッケージの中心軸に対して圧力センサ素子からオフセットされ、平行の製造プロセスにおいてサーミスタ支持部に抵抗溶接され、流体媒体との増加したコンタクト領域は、以前より改善された反応時間および精度を提供する。温度センサ素子は、全体のセンサポート直径を増加することなく、圧力センサキャビティ容積を実質的に増加するのを促進するよう、温度−圧力センサボディ/パッケージの中心軸に対して圧力センサ素子からオフセットされる。

Description
は、多くのアプリケーションで所望されるような、センサが同じ位置で温度および圧力を測定することを妨げる。また、一定のアプリケーションにおいて、実質的に中心からずれた偏心センサは不都合であることがある。というのも、偏心センサ素子は、例えば、センサボディが取り付け孔にどの程度きつくねじ止め(threaded)されたかによって、異なる位置に配置されることがあるからである。
Claims (14)
- 複合の温度および圧力感知デバイスであって、
中心軸を規定する円筒状のボディと、
第1のキャビティであって、前記中心軸に隣接する前記円筒状のボディを通って延在し、
前記中心軸からオフセットされた管状のオリフィスであって、前記管状のオリフィスの開放された近位端から前記管状のオリフィスの包囲された遠位端へ延在する、前記管状のオリフィスを含む、前記第1のキャビティと、
第2のキャビティであって、前記円筒状のボディを通って、前記第2のキャビティの開放された遠位端から、前記中心軸からオフセットされた、前記円筒状のボディにおける近位貫通孔へ延在し、
前記第2のキャビティの前記開放された遠位端から前記近位貫通孔へ向かって延在し、且つ、前記管状のオリフィスを部分的に囲繞する、第2のオリフィスを含む、前記第2のキャビティと、
前記管状のオリフィスと前記第2のオリフィスとの間の境界を規定する壁と
を含む、前記デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記壁が、断面において半円形の幾何形状を含む、前記デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
前記円筒状のボディから遠位に延在し、且つ、前記管状のオリフィスの前記包囲された遠位端を含む、ローブ
を含む、前記デバイス。 - 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、
前記管状のオリフィスの前記開放された近位端に取り付けられた温度センサキャリアを含み、前記温度センサキャリアが、
導電性近位面と、
前記導電性近位面に電気的に結合され、且つ、前記管状のオリフィスの前記包囲された遠位端に取り付けらる、温度感知素子と
を含む、前記デバイス。 - 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、
前記ワイヤボンディング可能な近位面から抵抗溶接可能な面に遠位に延在する電気的に導電性の部材を含み、前記抵抗溶接可能な面が前記温度感知素子の端子に溶接される、
前記デバイス。 - 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、前記導電性近位面がワイヤボンディング可能な面を含む、前記デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、前記温度感知素子がサーミスタを含む、前記デイバス。
- 請求項7に記載のデバイスであって、前記サーミスタが負の温度計数(NTC)サーミスタを含む、前記デイバス。
- 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、前記近位貫通孔上に密封封止される圧力感知素子を含む、前記デバイス。
- 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、前記円筒状のボディの外側円周上にねじ部を含む、前記デイバス。
- 請求項4に記載のデバイスであって、前記導電性面にワイヤボンディングされる1つまたは複数の導電性パッドを有するプリント回路板を含む、前記デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記第2のオリフィスが半円形の断面を有する、前記デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記第2のオリフィスが、前記貫通孔に向かって先細りにされる、前記デバイス。
- 請求項1に記載のデバイスであって、前記円筒状のボディに機械的に結合されるコネクタ部を含む、前記デバイス。
