【解決手段】
洗浄液を内部に収容し、鋼板が通板される洗浄槽と、少なくとも一部が前記洗浄液中に浸漬され、洗浄液への通電を行う電極部材と、前記電極部材に接続され、前記電極部材への通電を行う通電部材と、を有し、前記電極部材は、Pb又はSUSにより形成され、前記電極部材の少なくとも前記通電部材と接触する部分が、Pbの酸化物又はCrの酸化物により形成される鋼板の電解洗浄装置。

Description
[1]洗浄液を内部に収容し、鋼板が通板される洗浄槽と、少なくとも一部が前記洗浄液中に浸漬され、洗浄液への通電を行う電極部材と、前記電極部材に接続され、前記電極部材への通電を行う通電部材と、を有し、前記電極部材は、Pb又はSUSにより形成され、前記電極部材の少なくとも前記通電部材と接触する部分が、Pbの酸化物又はCrの酸化物により形成される鋼板の電解洗浄装置。
[2]前記洗浄液は、酸溶液又はアルカリ溶液である[1]に記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置。
[3]前記電極部材と前記通電部材とは、前記洗浄槽の外側で接続されてなる[1]又は[2]に記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置。
[4]連続的に通板される鋼板を焼鈍する焼鈍炉を備えた連続焼鈍設備であって、前記焼鈍炉の入側又は出側の少なくとも一方に、[1]から[3]までのいずれか一つに記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置が設けられた連続焼鈍設備。
[5][4]に記載した連続焼鈍設備に鋼板を通板することにより行われる鋼板の製造方法。

Claims (5)
- 洗浄液を内部に収容し、鋼板が通板される洗浄槽と、
少なくとも一部が前記洗浄液中に浸漬され、洗浄液への通電を行う電極部材と、
前記電極部材に接続され、前記電極部材への通電を行う通電部材と、を有し、
前記電極部材は、Pb又はSUSにより形成され、
前記電極部材の少なくとも前記通電部材と接触する部分が、Pbの酸化物又はCrの酸化物により形成される鋼板の電解洗浄装置。 - 前記洗浄液は、酸溶液又はアルカリ溶液である請求項1に記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置。
- 前記電極部材と前記通電部材とは、前記洗浄槽の外側で接続されてなる請求項1又は2に記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置。
- 連続的に通板される鋼板を焼鈍する焼鈍炉を備えた連続焼鈍設備であって、
前記焼鈍炉の入側又は出側の少なくとも一方に、請求項1から3までのいずれか一項に記載の鋼板の電解洗浄装置が設けられた連続焼鈍設備。 - 請求項4に記載した連続焼鈍設備に鋼板を通板することにより行われる鋼板の製造方法。
