Claims (5)
- 記録媒体にインクを噴出するインクジェットヘッドであって、
基板と、
前記基板に設けられ直線状に並ぶ複数のアクチュエータと、
隣接する前記アクチュエータによって規定される空間を交互に閉塞して、前記インクを噴出するための圧力室と、前記圧力室に隣接し前記インクに対して密閉された密閉空間と、を交互に形成する閉塞部、及び前記圧力室を循環する前記インクの流路、を有する流路部材と、
前記流路部材の上方に形成され、前記圧力室それぞれに通じる共通インク室と、
を有するインクジェットヘッド。 - 前記流路部材の前記閉塞部と前記流路とが一体的に樹脂形成される請求項1に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記閉塞部は、隣接する前記アクチュエータを支持する一対の支持部を有し、一対の前記支持部の間に凹部が形成される請求項1又は2に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 前記圧力室に通じる共通インク室が形成され、前記流路部材を包囲するように設けられるケーシングを有する請求項1乃至3のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェットヘッド。
- 請求項1乃至4のいずれか一項に記載のインクジェットヘッドの製造方法であって、
基板に直線状に並ぶ複数のアクチュエータを形成する工程と、
前記アクチュエータを包囲する型枠を設置する工程と、
前記型枠に感光性樹脂を充填して硬化させ、前記流路部材を形成する工程と、
を含むインクジェットヘッドの製造方法。
