Abstract
【解決手段】工具100によりワークを除去加工する工作機械は、加工室内に設けられた機内ロボット20と、前記機内ロボット20に付着した付着物を除去して前記機内ロボット20を清掃する清掃機構52と、を備え、前記機内ロボット20を清掃する際、前記機内ロボット20は、前記清掃機構52に対して相対移動して前記清掃機構52に近接する。

Claims (6)
- 工具によりワークを除去加工する工作機械であって、
加工室内に設けられたロボットと、
前記ロボットに付着した付着物を除去して前記ロボットを清掃する清掃機構と、
を備え、
前記ロボットを清掃する際、前記ロボットは、前記清掃機構に対して相対移動して前記清掃機構に近接する、
ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1に記載の工作機械であって、
前記清掃機構は、前記加工室内に固定設置されており、
前記ロボットは、前記加工室内で移動可能、かつ、姿勢変形可能であり、
前記ロボットを清掃する際、前記ロボットは、移動および姿勢変形することで、当該ロボットのうち前記清掃機構によって清掃される箇所を変更する、
ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1または2に記載の工作機械であって、
前記清掃機構は、前記ロボットに対して流体を噴出することで、前記付着物を除去する噴出機構を含む、ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械であって、
前記清掃機構は、前記ロボットおよび前記付着物の少なくとも一方に接触することで前記付着物を除去する接触除去機構を含む、ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械であって、
前記清掃機構は、前記付着物を、切断して細分化する切断機構を含む、ことを特徴とする工作機械。 - 請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載の工作機械であって、さらに、
前記加工室内を覆うカバーを備える、ことを特徴とする工作機械。
