Abstract
Description
a)上記電池の内部と外部との間の貫通口として構成された空所を有するハウジングカバーを準備する工程と、
b)センサを上記電池の外部に、直接的又は間接的にハウジングカバーに固定する工程であって、これにより、センサが空所を介してガルバニ電池の内部と接触しうる、上記固定する工程と、
c)評価エレクトロニクス部との電気的接続を構築するためにセンサにワイヤボンディングを施す工程、場合によっては、センサを封止する工程又はセンサに覆いを付ける(Verkappen)工程と、
d)上記電池のハウジング胴体部にハウジングカバーを固定する工程と、
を含む。
Claims (10)
- ガルバニ電池(2)であって、少なくとも1つの周回型電池又は電池スタックが収容されるハウジング(4)と、前記ガルバニ電池(2)の圧力を検出するセンサ(16)と、を備え、前記ハウジング(4)は、前記電池(2)の内部(22)と外部(24)との間の貫通口(20)として構成された空所(18)を有し、前記センサ(16)は、前記電池(2)の外部に、前記ハウジング(4)に直接的又は間接的に固定して配置されており、前記センサ(16)は、前記空所(18)を介して前記ガルバニ電池(2)の前記内部(22)と接触し、前記センサ(16)は、微小電気機械システムである、ガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記センサ(16)は、相対圧力測定のために構成され、又は、前記センサ(16)は、基準容積室(34)を含み、絶対圧力測定のために構成される、請求項1に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記センサ(16)は、少なくとも1つの第1のボンディング用ワイヤ(40)を介して評価ユニットと接続される、請求項1〜2のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記ガルバニ電池(2)は、角柱形状のガルバニ電池(2)であり、前記ハウジング(4)は、寸法安定性を有する材料で構成される、請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記ガルバニ電池(2)は、更なる別の空所(28)を有する台座要素(26)を備え、前記更なる別の空所(28)は、前記ハウジング(4)の前記空所(18)とともに、前記電池(2)の前記内部(22)と前記外部(24)との間の前記貫通口(20)を形成し、前記台座要素(26)は、前記センサ(16)を前記ハウジング(4)と連結させる、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記台座要素(26)は、ガラスで製造される、請求項5に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記台座要素(26)、前記センサ(16)、及び/又は、前記台座要素(26)と前記センサ(16)との間又は前記台座要素(26)と前記ハウジング(4)との間の界面(30、32)は、耐電解質性を備えた防護膜を有する、請求項5又は6に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記ハウジング(4)は、前記ハウジング(4)の壁を形成するハウジングカバー(6)を有し、前記センサ(16)は、間接的又は直接的に前記ハウジングカバー(6)に固定される、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- 前記センサ(16)は、防護ハウジング(46)の下に配置され、又は、封止用材料で封止されている、請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のガルバニ電池(2)。
- ガルバニ電池(2)を製造する方法であって、前記ガルバニ電池(2)は、少なくとも1つの周回型電池又は電池スタックが収容されるハウジング(4)と、前記ガルバニ電池(2)の圧力を検出するセンサ(16)と、を備え、前記センサ(16)は、微小電気機械システムである、前記方法において、以下の工程、即ち、
a)前記電池(2)の内部(22)と外部(24)との間の貫通口(20)として構成された空所(18)を有するハウジングカバー(6)を準備する工程と、
b)前記センサ(16)を前記電池(2)の外部に、直接的又は間接的に前記ハウジングカバー(6)に固定する工程であって、これにより、前記センサ(16)が前記空所(18)を介して前記ガルバニ電池(2)の前記内部(22)と接触しうる、前記固定する工程と、
c)評価エレクトロニクス部との電気的接続を形成するために、前記センサ(16)にワイヤボンディングを施す工程と、
d)前記電池(2)のハウジング胴体部(8)に前記ハウジングカバー(6)を固定する工程と、
を含む、方法。
