Claims (8)
- 少なくとも1つの電極複合体(20、120)のための収容装置であって、前記収容装置は、金属製のハウジング(130)と金属製のカバー(160)とを備え、前記金属製のハウジング(130)と前記カバー(160)とはそれぞれ、角柱形状を成し、かつ、底面と、側壁と、前記底面に対向する開口部と、を含み、前記カバー(160)の前記底面は、少なくとも、前記カバー(160)の前記側壁の肉厚(131)の分だけ、前記ハウジング(130)の前記底面よりも大きく、前記ハウジング(130)は、前記カバー(160)によって密封される、前記収容装置において、前記ハウジング(130)又は前記カバー(160)の前記開口部の縁には少なくとも1つの測定値を測定する装置(180)が配置され、前記測定値は、電圧及び/又は電流の強度であり、
装置(180)は、2つの接点(181、182)を介して、前記電極複合体(20、120)の2つの端子(41、51)と電気的に接続され、
2つの接点(181、182)の間隔が近接し、2つの端子(41、51)の間隔が近接し、
前記密封には、ペーストが含まれ、前記ペーストは、セラミックペースト又はガラスペーストである、収容装置。 - 凹部が、前記縁の前記装置(180)の両側に配置され、前記凹部を通って、前記電極複合体(20、120)の端子(41、51)が外部へと案内されうる、請求項1に記載の収容装置。
- 前記凹部内には、当該凹部を通って外部へと案内される端子を、ハウジング(130)及び/又はカバー(160)から電気的に絶縁させるために適した電気的絶縁部が配置される、請求項2に記載の収容装置。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の収容装置内に少なくとも1つの電極複合体(20、120)を備えたバッテリであって、ハウジング(130)は、カバー(160)によって密封され、前記電極複合体(20、120)の端子(41、51)は、カバー(160)とハウジング(130)との間を、絶縁された状態で外部へと案内され、前記電極複合体は、積層状の包装フィルム(30)に包まれており、
前記密封には、ペーストが含まれ、前記ペーストは、セラミックペースト又はガラスペーストである、バッテリ。 - 前記電極複合体は、電極スタック(20)であり、前記電極複合体の各電極は、タブテープを有し、同じ極性の前記電極の各前記タブテープは端子(41、51)に接続される、請求項4に記載のバッテリ。
- 前記ハウジング(130)は、レーザ溶接又はナノモールディングテクノロジ(=NMT:Nano Moulding Technology)によって、前記カバー(160)と接合される、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリ。
- 密封には、バルク金属ガラス及び/又は金属合金を含む封止フランジがさらに含まれる、請求項4又は5に記載のバッテリ。
- 請求項4〜7のいずれか1項に記載の少なくとも1つのバッテリを備えた車両。
