Claims (14)
- エアロゾル発生システムであって、
液体エアロゾル発生基体を保持し、かつ開口部を画定するための容器を備える、液体貯蔵部分と、
ヒーター組立品であって、横断面に沿って前記開口部を横切って延び、かつ少なくとも1つの電気的に動作する発熱体を備えるヒーター組立品と、
第一の流れ経路を画定する第一のチャネルであって、前記第一のチャネルの一部分が前記横断面に対して配置され、これにより、前記第一のチャネルの前記少なくとも一部分が、前記システムの外側から来る空気を、前記少なくとも1つの発熱体の表面部分に対して衝突するように配向し、かつ前記表面部分を横切るように配向する、第一のチャネルと、を備えるエアロゾル発生システム。 - 第二の流れ経路を画定する第二のチャネルをさらに含み、前記第一の流れ経路および第二の流れ経路が、空気を前記少なくとも1つの発熱体の前記表面部分に対して衝突するように配向し、かつ前記表面部分を横切って配向する前記第一のチャネルの前記部分の前にまたはこれに沿って合流する、請求項1に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの発熱体の前記表面部分に対して衝突するように空気を配向し、かつ前記表面部分を横切るように空気を配向する前記第一のチャネルの前記部分が、前記横断面と直交する、請求項1または2に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記ヒーター組立品が、共通の平面が通過する複数の発熱体を備える、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記開口部と整列され、かつ前記加熱組立品と接触する毛細管媒体をさらに備え、前記液体エアロゾル発生基体が前記毛細管媒体を経由して前記少なくとも1つの電気的に動作する発熱体へと引き出される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記少なくとも1つの電気的に動作する発熱体が複数の導電性フィラメントを備える、請求項5に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記システムが、主要ユニットと、前記主要ユニットと取り外し可能なように結合されるカートリッジと、を備え、前記液体貯蔵部分および前記ヒーター組立品が前記カートリッジ内に提供され、前記主要ユニットが電源を備える、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記主要ユニットが、前記システムの外側から周囲空気を引き込むための少なくとも1つの入口と、前記ヒーター組立品に対する流路に対応する前記第一のチャネルの少なくとも第一の部分とをさらに画定する、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが、前記システムの外側から周囲空気を引き込むための少なくとも1つの入口と、前記ヒーター組立品に対する流路に対応する前記第一のチャネルの少なくとも第一の部分とをさらに画定する、請求項7に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記カートリッジが、前記第一の部分と流体連通する前記第一のチャネルの第二の部分を画定する、請求項8または9に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記主要ユニットが、前記第一の部分と流体連通する前記第一のチャネルの第二の部分を画定する、請求項8〜10のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一のチャネルの一部分が、前記液体貯蔵部分と前記カートリッジの内側表面部分との間の細長いチャネルに沿って前記ヒーター組立品から遠ざかる空気を搬送するように寸法が決められ、かつ配置される、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 前記第一のチャネルの一部分が、曲がり部に沿って前記ヒーター組立品から遠ざかる空気を搬送するように寸法が決められ、かつ配置される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のエアロゾル発生システム。
- 電気的に動作するエアロゾル発生システム内で気流を案内するための方法であって、前記方法が、
エアロゾル発生基体を供給する工程と、
前記システムの外側から来る空気を、前記エアロゾル発生基体を含有する容器内の開口部に整列された発熱体に対して配向し、かつ前記に沿って配向する工程と、
発生したエアロゾルを前記システムの前記下流端に運ぶ工程と、を含む、方法。
