Description
本出願は、その出願の全内容が参照により本明細書中に組み込まれている2014年12月12日に出願された欧州特許出願第14197675.3号に対する優先権を主張するものである。参照により本明細書中に組み込まれている任意の特許、特許出願、および刊行物の開示により、ある用語が不明確となり得るほどに本出願の記載と矛盾する場合、本記載が優先する。
(a)(i)13.0〜38.9重量%の、アミン末端基(AEG)および任意選択でカルボン酸末端基(CEG)を有する少なくとも1種のポリアミド6,6(AEGの量は、CEGの量より多い);
(ii)20.0〜60.0重量%の少なくとも1種の高鎖長ポリアミド
から形成される33.0〜98.9重量%(wt%)の少なくとも1種のポリアミド混合物;
(b)1.0〜60.0重量%の少なくとも1種の強化用充填剤;

− ポリアミド10,10(上記で詳述したようなタイプ(x)の繰り返し単位から本質的になる);
− ポリアミド10,12(上記で詳述したようなタイプ(vii)の繰り返し単位から本質的になる);
およびこれらの混合物である。
(a)(i)20.0〜30.0重量%のポリアミド6,6(AEGおよびCEGの量の間の差異は、40meq/kg以上である);ならびに
(ii)30.0〜40.0重量%のポリアミド6,10
から形成される50.0〜70.0重量%の少なくとも1種のポリアミド混合物;
(b)29.3〜46.0重量%の、約3mmの重量平均長さを有する細断された形態のガラス繊維;
(c)0.1〜2.0重量%のCuI/KI(CuI:KIの重量比は、約1:5である);
(d)0.1〜0.5重量%のステアリン酸Al;ならびに
(e)0.5〜1.5重量%の少なくとも1種の添加物、
(a)、(i)、(ii)、(b)、(c)、(d)、および(e)の各量は、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に関するものであり、(a)〜(e)の重量%の合計は、100重量%となる。
実施例2(比較例):ポリアミド組成物2〜5(本明細書において以下、比較例1、比較例2、比較例3、および比較例4)の調製
ポリアミド組成物を、二軸スクリュー押出機(内径30mm;L/D=30)において下記の表1において示した構成要素を混合し、それに続いて混合物を押出すことによって調製した。押出機の温度プロファイルは260〜280℃であり、押出スピードは50〜70cmHgの真空下で250〜300rpmであった。
ダンベル形標本を、チャンバー中で19MPaの圧力および100℃の温度で4時間のサイクルに供した。50重量%のCaCl2を含む水溶液を、1日3回(5ml/日)試料に噴霧した。試料の端部の1つを、660gの重量によって応力に供した。
実施例1および比較例4によって調製した試料を、50重量%の水および50重量%のエチレングリコールを含有するLLC中に130℃にて500時間入れた。破断点TSを、ISO527によって測定した。
実施例1および比較例4のノッチなしシャルピー衝撃強さを、標準的なISO179によって測定した。実施例1について97.8KJ/m2が得られ、比較例1について95.4KJ/m2が得られた。さらに、破断伸びおよび引張弾性率(ヤング率)の他の特性は、異なる配合物について同等であった。
Claims (17)
- (a)(i)13.0〜38.9重量%の、アミン末端基(AEG)および任意選択でカルボン酸末端基(CEG)を有する少なくとも1種のポリアミド6,6であって、アミン末端基(AEG)の量は、カルボン酸末端基(CEG)の量より多い、ポリアミド6,6;
(ii)20.0〜60.0重量%の少なくとも1種の高鎖長ポリアミド
から形成される33.0〜98.9重量%(wt%)の少なくとも1種のポリアミド混合物;
(b)1.0〜60.0重量%の少なくとも1種の強化用充填剤;
(c)0.05〜3.0重量%の少なくとも1種の熱安定剤;
(d)0.05〜1.0重量%のステアリン酸アルミニウム(Al);ならびに
(e)0〜3.0重量%の少なくとも1種の添加物
を含むポリアミド組成物であって、
(a)、(i)、(ii)、(b)、(c)、(d)、および(e)の各量は、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に関するものであり、(a)〜(e)の重量%の合計は、100重量%となる、ポリアミド組成物。 - 前記(ii)の少なくとも1種の高鎖長ポリアミドが、ポリアミド11、ポリアミド12、ポリアミド6,10、ポリアミド6,12、ポリアミド6,18、ポリアミド10,10、ポリアミド10,12、ポリアミド12,12、およびこれらの混合物、好ましくは、ポリアミド6,10からなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 前記(i)のポリアミド6,6のAEGの量が、50meq/kg以上であり、前記(i)のポリアミド6,6中のAEGの量およびCEGの量の間の差異が、5meq/kg以上である、請求項1または2に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 前記ポリアミド混合物内の前記(i)のポリアミド6,6と前記(ii)の少なくとも1種の高鎖長ポリアミドの重量比が、約5:5〜約3:7、好ましくは、約4:6である、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (b)の少なくとも1種の強化用充填剤が、ガラス繊維、ガラスビーズ、炭酸カルシウム、シリケート、タルク、カオリン、雲母、木材粉末、ならびに他の天然物の粉末および繊維、ならびに合成繊維、好ましくは、ガラス繊維からなる群から選択される、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (c)の少なくとも1種の熱安定剤が、約1:5のCuIとKIのモル比のCuI/KIから形成される、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (c)の少なくとも1種の熱安定剤が、ヒンダードフェノール化合物および亜リン酸化合物の組合せである、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 抗酸化剤、紫外線安定剤、着色剤、染料、連鎖延長剤、可塑剤、および任意のこれらの組合せからなる群から選択される1種または複数の添加物をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (a)の少なくとも1種のポリアミド混合物の量が、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対して、50.0〜70.0重量%である、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (b)の少なくとも1種の強化用充填剤の量が、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対して、29.3〜46.0重量%である、請求項1〜9のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (c)の少なくとも1種の熱安定剤の量が、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対して、0.1〜2.0重量%である、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (d)のステアリン酸Alの量が、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対して、0.1〜0.5重量%である、請求項1〜11のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- (e)の少なくとも1種の添加物の量が、ポリアミド組成物の総重量に対して、0.5〜1.5重量%である、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物。
- 増進された耐化学性、とりわけ、CaCl2塩に対する亀裂抵抗を提示する物品を生産するための、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物の使用。
- 請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のポリアミド組成物を含む物品。
- 自動車におけるラジエータエンドタンクである、請求項15に記載の物品。
- ポリアミド組成物の塩に対する亀裂抵抗を増進させる、(d)のステアリン酸Alの使用。
