前記収集層は、膣液を前記電気化学的検出システムに向かわせるための、一つ又はそれ以上の流体通路を含む。
前記流体不浸透層は、前記吸収層と流体連結する少なくとも一つの流入口を含む。
先の実施形態のいずれか一つに係る膣液監視デバイスを提供することと、
前記吸収層の膣液を収集することと、
前記膣液を前記電気化学的検出システム内に向かわせることと、
前記電気化学的検出システムの前記膣液を電気化学的に分析することと、
情報を遠隔デバイスに無線伝送することと、
を含む。
Claims (46)
- 吸収層であって、ここで、前記吸収層は膣液の流れと近接するように構成されるものである、吸収層と、
膣液の少なくとも一つの検体に関するデータを取得するように構成される電気化学的検出システムであって、前記電気化学的検出システムは前記吸収層と流体連結する、電気化学的検出システムと、を含み、
女性用衛生用品と結合するように構成される、膣液監視デバイス。 - 前記電気化学的検出システムは、
検体の特性を指し示す信号を生成することができるバイオセンサと、
膣液を前記バイオセンサに向かわせるためのマイクロ流体システムと、
前記バイオセンサによって生成された信号を検出し、処理するための超小型電子回路と、を含むものである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記電気化学的検出システムからの処理された信号を無線伝送するためのトランシーバをさらに含む、請求項2に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気化学的検出システムは、
前記吸収層と流体連結する、検体の特性を指し示す信号を生成することができるバイオセンサと、
前記バイオセンサによって生成される信号を検出し、処理するための超小型電子回路と、を含むものである、請求項1に記載のデバイス。 - 前記吸収層と前記電気化学的検出システムとの間に配置される収集層をさらに含み、
前記収集層は、膣液を前記電気化学的検出システムに向かわせるための、一つ又はそれ以上の流体通路を含む、
請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。 - 前記吸収層と前記電気化学的検出システムとの間に配置される液体不浸透層をさらに含み、
前記液体不浸透層は、前記吸収層と流体連結する少なくとも一つの流入口を含む、
請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。 - マイクロ流体システム、バイオセンサ及び超小型電子回路のうちの一つ又はそれ以上は、紙の又はプラスチックの基板上で支持されるものである、請求項5に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロ流体システムは、複数のマイクロ流体経路を含むものである、請求項2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 複数のマイクロ流体経路は、膣液を単独のバイオセンサに向かわせるように構成されるものである、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記バイオセンサは複数のバイオセンサを含み、各マイクロ流体経路は膣液を異なるバイオセンサに向かわせるように構成されるものである、請求項7に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気化学的検出システムは、複数のサンプルを受け取り、解析するように構成されるものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気化学的検出システムは、複数のサンプルを連続して処理するように構成されるものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- バイオセンサは、関心の検体と結合すること、又は化学的に相互作用することができる配位子を含むものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記検体は、核酸、抗体若しくは小分子、抗原、細菌、ウィルス、寄生生物、菌、ミネラル、ビタミン、脂質である、請求項12に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気化学的検出システムは、バイオセンサと電気通信する電極を含み、前記電極は、電流、インピーダンス又は電圧の変化を検出するように構成されるものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- デバイスは、前記電気化学的検出システムからストアされ又は伝送されるデータを暗号化するためのコンピュータ可読命令を含むものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 超小型電子回路は開回路で構成され、前記回路は膣液と接触することで閉じるものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記女性用衛生用品は、パッド又はパンティライナである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- パッド又はパンティライナは、さらに、前記吸収層を膣液の流れに近接して維持するように構成される配置要素を含むものである、請求項16に記載のデバイス。
- 超小型電子回路のマイクロプロセッサは、読み取り/書き込み能力を有するものである、請求項1、2又は3に記載のデバイス。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサは、暗号化、日付を付すこと、バイオセンサの校正、新規検査のプロトコルのためのソフトウェアの更新をすることができるものである、請求項20に記載のデバイス。
- 請求項1〜21のいずれか一つに係る膣液監視デバイスを提供することと、
前記吸収層の膣液を収集することと、
前記膣液を前記電気化学的検出システム内に向かわせることと、
前記電気化学的検出システムの前記膣液を電気化学的に分析することと、
情報を遠隔デバイスに無線伝送することと、を含む、膣液中の検体検出のための方法。 - バイオセンサは、インピーダンス又は電流又は電圧の変化を引き起こすために、関心の検体と結合し、又は化学的に相互作用する配位子を含むものである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 情報は、無線周波数(rf)、ブルートゥース(登録商標)(Bluetooth(登録商標))、ブルートゥース(登録商標)ローエナジー(Bluetooth(登録商標)LE)、NFC、GSM(登録商標)、CDMA、http、https、イーシム(e−SIM)又はワイファイ(Wi−Fi)によって伝達されるものである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 前記膣液監視デバイスと遠隔デバイスとの間には、安全なペアリングが存在するものである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 遠隔デバイスは、クラウド、パーソナルコンピュータ又はスマートフォンである、請求項18に記載の方法。
- 吸収層であって、ここで、前記吸収層は体液の流れと近接するように構成されるものである、吸収層と、
膣液の少なくとも一つの検体に関するデータを取得するように構成される電気化学的検出システムであって、前記電気化学的検出システムは前記吸収層と流体連結する、電気化学的検出システムと、を含む液体監視デバイスであって、
体液監視デバイスは、おむつ又は成人向き失禁製品と結合するように構成される、
液体監視デバイス。 - 前記電気化学的検出システムは、
検体の特性を指し示す信号を生成することができるバイオセンサと、
体液を前記バイオセンサに向かわせるためのマイクロ流体システムと、
前記バイオセンサによって生成される信号を検出して処理するための超小型電子回路と、を含むものである、請求項25に記載のデバイス。 - 前記電気化学的検出システムからの処理された信号を無線伝送するためのトランシーバをさらに含む、請求項26に記載のデバイス。
- 前記電気化学的検出システムは、前記吸収層と流体連結する、検体の特性を指し示す信号を生成することができるバイオセンサと、前記バイオセンサによって生成される信号を検出して処理するための超小型電子回路と、を含むものである、請求項25に記載のデバイス。
- 前記吸収層と前記電気化学的検出システムとの間に配置される収集層をさらに含み、
