本発明の一実現例において、粘着層及び前記粘着層の両面に軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムが貼り付けられた積層体を用意するステップ、約0.3〜約3.0m/minの剥離速度で前記軽剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して軽剥離低速離型力を導き出すステップ、約0.3〜約3.0m/minの剥離速度で前記中剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して中剥離低速離型力を導き出すステップ、約10〜約30m/minの剥離速度で前記軽剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して軽剥離高速離型力を導き出すステップ、約10〜約30m/minの剥離速度で前記中剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して中剥離高速離型力を導き出すステップ、及び下記一般式1及び2により高速離型力バランス及び低速離型力バランスを測定するステップを含む離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法を提供する。

本発明の他の実現例は、粘着層及び前記粘着層の両面に軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムを含み、前記離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法により測定された高速離型力バランス及び低速離型力バランスが全て約1.5〜約5.0である積層体を提供する。
アクリル系粘着層及び前記粘着層の両面に軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムが貼り付けられた積層体を用意した。前記軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムの各離型層及び基材層の成分及び含量は下記の表1に記載されたとおりである。次に、前記軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムに対し、0.3m/minの剥離速度で離型力を測定して軽剥離低速離型力(A)及び中剥離低速離型力(B)を測定した。次に、同一の積層体に対し、30m/minの剥離速度で離型力を測定して軽剥離高速離型力(C)及び中剥離高速離型力(D)を測定した。次に、B/A及びD/Cの値を計算して低速離型力バランス及び高速離型力バランスを測定した。また、(C−A)/A×100の式を用いて軽剥離速度変化率(%)を測定し、(D−B)/B×100の式を用いて中剥離速度変化率(%)を測定した。その結果は下記の表3に記載されたとおりである。
前記軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムの各離型層及び基材層の成分及び含量は下記の表2に記載されたとおりであり、それを除いては、前記実施例1と同様の方法により低速離型力バランス、高速離型力バランス、軽剥離速度変化率及び中剥離速度変化率を測定した。その結果は下記の表3に記載されたとおりである。

Claims (11)
- 粘着層及び前記粘着層の両面に軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムが貼り付けられた積層体を用意するステップ、
0.3〜3.0m/minの剥離速度で前記軽剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して軽剥離低速離型力を導き出すステップ、
0.3〜3.0m/minの剥離速度で前記中剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して中剥離低速離型力を導き出すステップ、
10〜30m/minの剥離速度で前記軽剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して軽剥離高速離型力を導き出すステップ、
10〜30m/minの剥離速度で前記中剥離離型フィルムと前記粘着層の離型力を測定して中剥離高速離型力を導き出すステップ、及び
下記一般式1及び2により高速離型力バランス及び低速離型力バランスを測定するステップを含む離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。

[一般式2]
低速離型力バランス=中剥離低速離型力/軽剥離低速離型力 - 前記軽剥離高速離型力及び前記軽剥離低速離型力を用いて下記一般式3により軽剥離速度変化率を測定するステップ、及び
前記中剥離高速離型力及び前記中剥離低速離型力を用いて下記一般式4により中剥離速度変化率を測定するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。

軽剥離速度変化率(%)=(軽剥離高速離型力−軽剥離低速離型力)/軽剥離低速離型力×100

中剥離速度変化率(%)=(中剥離高速離型力−中剥離低速離型力)/中剥離低速離型力×100 - 前記積層体を用意するステップは、
前記積層体を20〜100℃で0.5〜720時間保管するステップを含む、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。 - 前記軽剥離離型フィルム及び前記中剥離離型フィルムは、各々、離型層及び基材層の積層構造を含む、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。
- 前記離型層は、シリコーン系離型剤、メラミン系離型剤、ポリオレフィン系離型剤、エポキシ系離型剤、アクリル系離型剤、フッ素系離型剤、セルロース系離型剤、パラフィン系離型剤、エポキシ−メラミン系離型剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。
- 前記基材層は、ポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)、ポリエチレン(PE)、ポリビニルアルコール(PVA)及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項4に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。
- 前記粘着層は、アクリル系粘着剤、シリコーン系粘着剤、ゴム系粘着剤及びこれらの組み合わせからなる群より選択された少なくとも一つを含む、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法。
- 粘着層及び前記粘着層の両面に軽剥離離型フィルム及び中剥離離型フィルムを含み、請求項1に記載の離型フィルムの剥離安定性の測定方法により測定された高速離型力バランス及び低速離型力バランスが全て1.5〜5.0である積層体。
- 前記軽剥離離型フィルムの軽剥離速度変化率が100%〜300%であり、
前記中剥離離型フィルムの中剥離速度変化率が200%〜400%である、請求項8に記載の積層体。 - 前記軽剥離離型フィルムの軽剥離低速離型力は10〜50gf/50mmであり、
前記中剥離離型フィルムの中剥離低速離型力は50〜200gf/50mmである、請求項8に記載の積層体。 - 前記軽剥離離型フィルムの軽剥離高速離型力は10〜100gf/50mmであり、
前記中剥離離型フィルムの中剥離高速離型力は50〜200gf/50mmである、請求項8に記載の積層体。
