Claims (10)

- 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35または配列番号38と少なくとも98%同一である核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
- 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35または配列番号38と少なくとも99%同一である核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
- 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35の核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
- 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号38の核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
- 前記調節エレメントがプラス方向である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
- 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクターを含む、哺乳動物宿主細胞。
- 前記細胞がCHO細胞である、請求項9に記載の哺乳動物宿主細胞。
