Claims (10)

  1. 外因性目的遺伝子に機能的に連結されたハムスターGAPDHプロモーターを含む発現カセットを含む、組換え発現ベクターであって、
    (a)配列番号35に記載の核酸配列または配列番号38に記載の核酸配列に少なくとも95%同一である核酸配列を含み、及び
    (b)前記プロモーターに機能的に連結された
    調節エレメントをさらに含む、組換え発現ベクター。
  2. 前記GAPDHプロモーターが配列番号50のヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項1に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  3. 前記GAPDHプロモーターの3’側かつ前記目的遺伝子の5’側に、配列番号52のヌクレオチド配列を含む、請求項1または2に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  4. 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35または配列番号38と少なくとも98%同一である核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  5. 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35または配列番号38と少なくとも99%同一である核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  6. 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号35の核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  7. 前記調節エレメントが、配列番号38の核酸配列を含む、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  8. 前記調節エレメントがプラス方向である、請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクター。
  9. 請求項1〜8のいずれか一項に記載の組換え発現ベクターを含む、哺乳動物宿主細胞。
  10. 前記細胞がCHO細胞である、請求項9に記載の哺乳動物宿主細胞。
