Claims (15)
- オーステナイトステンレス鋼の管状中空材を提供する工程であって、ステンレス鋼が、
0.02重量%以下の量の炭素、
1.0重量%以下の量のマンガン、
0.03重量%以下の量のリン光体、
0.015重量%以下の量の硫黄、
0.8重量%以下の量のケイ素、
17.5重量%から18.5重量%の量のニッケル、
19.5重量%から20.5重量%の量のクロム、
6.0重量%から6.5重量%の量のモリブデン、
0.18重量%から0.25重量%の量の窒素、及び
0.5重量%から1.0重量%の量の銅と、
鉄及び不可避的不純物からなる残部とを含む、提供する工程、並びに
前記中空材を管へと冷間成形する工程
を含む、ステンレス鋼管を製造するための方法であって、
管をコイル状に巻く工程、及び
冷間成形後にコイル状に巻かれた管を1100℃から1200℃の範囲の温度でアニーリングする工程
をさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - コイル状に巻かれた管が、1115℃から1155℃の範囲の温度、好ましくは1120℃から11150℃の範囲の温度でアニーリングされることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- アニーリングの間の温度が、アニーリングされてコイル状に巻かれた管が90HRB以下、好ましくは80HRB以下の硬度を有するように設定されることを特徴とする、請求項1又は2に記載の方法。
- 管が減圧雰囲気、好ましくは6mbar未満の圧力で、又は不活性ガス雰囲気、好ましくはアルゴン含有雰囲気でアニーリングされることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管がシャフト炉内でアニーリングされることを特徴とする、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管が、1100℃から1200℃の範囲、好ましくは1115℃から1155℃の範囲、特に好ましくは1120℃から1150℃の範囲の温度に、5分以上20分以下の期間、好ましくは約10分の期間にわたって保たれることを特徴とする、請求項1から5のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管がコイル状に巻かれた状態で出荷されることを特徴とする、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アニーリング後に、
管を巻き戻す工程、
管を冷間成形する工程、
管をコイル状に巻く工程、及び
コイル状に巻かれた管を、1100℃から1200℃の範囲、好ましくは1115℃から1155℃の範囲、特に好ましくは1120℃から1150℃の範囲の温度で再びアニーリングする工程
をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の方法。 - 管が、リール又はコアなしでリングを形成するようにコイル状に巻かれた管を用いてアニーリングされることを特徴とする、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- アニーリングされてコイル状に巻かれた管を、リール、好ましくは木製のリール上にコイル状に巻き直す工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする、請求項1から9のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 管が、冷間ピルガフライス加工又は冷間引抜により冷間成形されることを特徴とする、請求項1から10のいずれか一項に記載の方法。
- 0.02重量%以下の量の炭素、
1.0重量%以下の量のマンガン、
0.03重量%以下の量のリン光体、
0.015重量%以下の量の硫黄、
0.8重量%以下の量のケイ素、
17.5重量%から18.5重量%の量のニッケル、
19.5重量%から20.5重量%の量のクロム、
6.0重量%から6.5重量%の量のモリブデン、
0.18重量%から0.25重量%の量の窒素、及び
0.5重量%から1.0重量%の量の銅と、
鉄及び不可避的不純物からなる残部とを含むステンレス鋼管であって、
コイル状に巻かれ、コイル状に巻かれた状態で90HRB未満の硬度を有することを特徴とするステンレス鋼管。 - コイル状に巻かれたステンレス鋼管が80HRB以下の硬度を有することを特徴とする、請求項12に記載のステンレス鋼管。
- コイル状に巻かれたステンレス鋼管が少なくとも35%の歪みを有することを特徴とする、請求項12又は13に記載のステンレス鋼管。
- 請求項1から11のいずれか一項に記載の方法により製造された、請求項12から14のいずれか一項に記載のステンレス鋼管。
