Abstract
Description
間隔を空けて配置されてシール間隙を形成し、移動軸線に沿って相いに相対的に並進移動が可能となるように配置される第1の機械要素及び第2の機械要素と、
シールリップを有し、少なくとも一部分が第1の機械要素の保持溝内に配置されると共に、シール装置の高圧領域(H)から低圧領域(N)を封止する働きをするシール要素と、
保持溝内に配置され、ゴム弾性によって変形することができ、第2の機械要素のシール面に対して、シール要素とそのシールリップによって予圧する働きをする予圧要素と、
シール要素を軸支する減衰部材であって、少なくとも一部分が低圧側において保持溝に配置される溝側面とシール要素との間に軸方向に配置される少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能な減衰部材とを備え、
減衰部材は、シール要素の材料の弾性率よりも低い弾性率を持つ材料から構成されるシール装置に関する。

Claims (11)
- 間隔を空けて配置されてシール間隙(28)を形成し、移動軸線(16)に沿って互いに相対的に並進移動が可能となるように配置される第1の機械要素(12)及び第2の機械要素(14)と、
シールリップ(26)を有し、少なくとも一部分が前記第1の機械要素(12)の保持溝(20)内に配置されると共に、前記シール装置の高圧領域(H)から低圧領域(N)を封止する働きをするシール要素(24)と、
前記保持溝(20)内に配置され、前記第2の機械要素(14)のシール面(28)に対して前記シール要素(24)を前記シールリップ(26)によって予圧する働きをするゴム弾性変形可能な予圧要素と、
前記シール要素(24)を軸支する減衰部材であって、少なくとも一部分が前記低圧側において前記保持溝(20)に配置される溝側面(30)と前記シール要素(24)との間に軸方向に配置される少なくとも1つの弾性変形可能な減衰部材とを備え、
前記減衰部材(36)と前記第2の機械部品(14)の前記シール面(28)との間に空きスペース(42)が形成され、前記空きスペースは、前記第2の機械要素の前記シール面(28)と前記シール面(28)に面する前記減衰部材(36)の内壁(40)とによって径方向に区切られ、
前記減衰部材は、前記高圧領域(H)が圧力を受けるとき、前記シール要素(24)によって軸方向に圧縮されて前記空きスペース内へ自由に変形でき、前記減衰部材(36)は、前記シール装置(10)の前記高圧領域(H)が加圧状態にあるとき、部分的に前記シール間隙(18)を軸方向に覆い、前記減衰部材(36)は、前記シール要素(24)の材料の弾性率よりも低い弾性率を持つ材料から構成されるシール装置(10)。 - 前記減衰部材(36)は、前記第2の機械要素(14)の反対側に面する端部(38)において前記第1の機械要素(12)に支持されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載のシール装置。
- 前記減衰部材(36)は、前記第1の機械要素(12)に直接的に、又は前記予圧要素(22)を介して支持されることを特徴とする請求項2に記載のシール装置。
- 前記減衰部材(36)は、前記保持溝(20)内にゆるく配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記減衰部材(36)は、前記予圧要素(22)と一体化して形成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記減衰部材(36)は、前記シール要素(24)に、又は前記保持溝(20)の低圧側溝側面(30)に固定されることを特徴とする請求項1〜5のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記減衰部材(36)は、一定の容積で変形可能なエラストマーから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜6のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記シール要素(24)は、ポリテトラフルオロエチレン又は他のフルオロポリマー、特にフッ素化コポリマーから構成されることを特徴とする請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記シール要素(24)は、軸方向の遊びと共に前記保持溝(20)内に配置されることを特徴とする請求項1〜8のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 前記2つの機械部品(12,14)のうちの一方がシリンダとして設計され、前記2つの機械部品(12,14)のうちの他方が前記シリンダ内に案内されるピストンロッドとして設計され、前記シール要素(36)が径方向シール要素であることを特徴とする請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置。
- 請求項1〜10のいずれか1項に記載のシール装置(10)を有する衝撃ダンパ又は油圧アクチュエータ(100)。
