Abstract
Description
図3を参照して、本開示の態様による積層構造体を製造する例示の方法をここで説明する。この方法は、ガラス板(A欄参照)、中間層(B欄参照)、および金属板(C欄)を提供および/または調製する工程を含む工程301で始まることができる。下記に記載するように、この方法は、中間層がガラス板を金属板の第一面に貼り付ける工程303を含む。
積層構造体において、
第一面と第二面を有する金属板であって、前記第一面と前記第二面の間に亘り約0.1mmから約5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する金属板、
約0.1mmから約2.5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する第1のガラス板、および
前記第1のガラス板を前記金属板の第一面に貼り付ける第1の中間層、
を備え、
前記金属板は、前記ガラス板の熱膨張係数の約30%以内である熱膨張係数を有する、積層構造体。
前記第1の中間層がポリビニルブチラールまたはイオノマーの層を含む、実施形態1に記載の積層構造体。
前記ポリビニルブチラールの層の厚さが約0.1mmから約0.8mmに及ぶ、実施形態2に記載の積層構造体。
前記イオノマーの層の厚さが約0.1mmから約2mmに及ぶ、実施形態2に記載の積層構造体。
前記第1の中間層のヤング率が約15MPa以上である、実施形態1から4いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1の中間層のヤング率が275MPa以上である、実施形態1から5いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラス板が酸エッチングされたガラス板を含む、実施形態1から6いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラス板の厚さが約0.3mmから約1.5mmに及ぶ、実施形態1から7いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラス板が化学強化されているおよび/または熱強化されている、実施形態1から8いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記第1のガラス板が、少なくとも1つの防眩表面および/または少なくとも1つの抗菌表面を有する、実施形態1から9いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
前記金属板の熱膨張係数が約7.5×10-6/℃から約11×10-6/℃に及ぶ、実施形態1から10いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
約0.1mmから約2.5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する第2のガラス板、および
前記第2のガラス板を前記金属板の第二面に貼り付ける第2の中間層、
をさらに備え、
前記第2のガラス板は、必要に応じて化学強化されている、実施形態1から11いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
約300mm超の長さまたは幅寸法を少なくとも1つ有する、実施形態1から12いずれか1つに記載の積層構造体。
積層構造体を製造する方法であって、
(i)第一面と第二面および該第一面と該第二面との間に亘る約0.1mmから約5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する金属板を提供する工程、
(ii)約0.1mmから約2.5mmに及ぶ厚さを有するガラス板を提供する工程、および
(iii)前記ガラス板を前記金属板の第一面に、第1の中間層によって貼り付ける工程、
を有してなり、
前記金属板の熱膨張係数が前記ガラス板の熱膨張係数の約30%以内にある、方法。
前記ガラス板を処理して、少なくとも1つの防眩表面を製造する工程であって、酸エッチング、クリーミーエッチング、マスクを使用した酸エッチング、ゾルゲル処理、機械的粗面化、およびそれらの組合せから選択される工程をさらに含む、実施形態14に記載の方法。
前記ガラス板を強化する工程であって、酸エッチング、化学強化、熱強化、およびそれらの組合せから選択される工程をさらに含む、実施形態14または15に記載の方法。
前記ガラス板の厚さが、約0.3mmから約1.5mmに及ぶ、実施形態14から16いずれか1つに記載の方法。
前記ガラス板が、少なくとも1つの防眩表面および/または少なくとも1つの抗菌表面を有する、実施形態14から17いずれか1つに記載の方法。
前記第1の中間層がポリビニルブチラールまたはイオノマーの層を含む、実施形態14から18いずれか1つに記載の方法。
前記金属板の熱膨張係数が約7.5×10-6/℃から約11×10-6/℃に及ぶ、実施形態14から19いずれか1つに記載の方法。

Claims (5)
- 積層構造体において、
第一面と第二面を有する金属板であって、前記第一面と前記第二面の間に亘り約0.1mmから約5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する金属板、
約0.1mmから約2.5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する第1のガラス板、および
前記第1のガラス板を前記金属板の第一面に貼り付ける第1の中間層であって、厚さが約0.1mmから約0.8mmに及ぶポリビニルブチラールの層または厚さが約0.1mmから約2mmに及ぶイオノマーの層を含む第1の中間層、
を備え、
前記金属板は、前記ガラス板の熱膨張係数の約30%以内である熱膨張係数を有する、積層構造体。 - 前記第1のガラス板の厚さが約0.3mmから約1.5mmに及び、前記第1のガラス板が化学強化されているおよび/または熱強化されている、請求項1記載の積層構造体。
- 前記金属板の熱膨張係数が約7.5×10-6/℃から約11×10-6/℃に及ぶ、請求項1または2記載の積層構造体。
- 約0.1mmから約2.5mmに及ぶ厚さを有する第2のガラス板、および
前記第2のガラス板を前記金属板の第二面に貼り付ける第2の中間層、
をさらに備え、
前記第2のガラス板は、必要に応じて化学強化されている、請求項1から3いずれか1項記載の積層構造体。 - 約300mm超の長さまたは幅寸法を少なくとも1つ有する、請求項1から4いずれか1項記載の積層構造体。
