Abstract

本明細書に説明されるもののいずれか等の神経刺激(または神経調節(以降、同じ意味で使用され得る))治療システムは、急性疼痛障害、運動障害、情動障害、ならびに膀胱関連機能不全および大腸障害等の種々の病気および関連付けられた症状を治療するために使用されることができる。神経刺激によって治療され得る、疼痛障害の実施例は、脊椎手術後疼痛症候群、反射性交感神経性ジストロフィまたは複合性局所疼痛症候群、灼熱痛、クモ膜炎、および末梢神経障害を含む。運動障害は、筋麻痺、振戦、ジストニア、およびパーキンソン病を含む。情動障害は、うつ病、強迫性障害、群発頭痛、トゥレット障害、およびあるタイプの慢性疼痛を含む。膀胱関連機能不全は、限定ではないが、OAB、切迫尿失禁、尿意切迫−頻尿、および尿閉を含む。OABは、単独で、または組み合わせて、切迫尿失禁および尿意切迫−頻尿を含むことができる。切迫尿失禁は、突然の強い尿意(切迫性)と関連付けられた失禁である。尿意切迫−頻尿は、頻繁な、多くの場合、制御不能な尿意切迫感(切迫性)であって、多くの場合、非常に少量の排尿をもたらす(頻尿)。尿閉は、膀胱を空にすることができない状態である。神経刺激治療は、その状態もしくは関連付けられた症状と関連付けられた感覚および/または運動制御に関連する標的神経組織の神経刺激をもたらすことによって、特定の状態に対処するように構成されることができる。大腸障害は、種々の炎症性、運動性、および失禁状態のいずれかを含んでもよい。
SNMは、切迫尿失禁、尿意切迫−頻尿、および非閉塞性尿閉の管理のための安全、効果的、可逆的、かつ長期的に継続する治療選択肢を提供する、確立された療法である。SNM療法は、下背に位置する仙骨神経を刺激するために、弱電気パルスの使用を伴う。電極は、電極導線を仙骨の対応する孔の中に挿入することによって、仙骨神経に隣接して、通常、S3レベルに留置される。電極は、皮下に挿入され、続いて、埋込可能パルス発生器(IPG)に取り付けられる。切迫尿失禁および尿意切迫−頻尿の両方の患者のために、5年の耐久性を含む、OABの治療のためのSNMの安全性および有効性が、複数の研究において支持されており、十分に証明されている。SNMはまた、より保守的治療に失敗した、またはその候補ではない患者における慢性便失禁を治療するためにも承認されている。
現在、SNMの資格として、試験段階を設けており、成功する場合、恒久的埋込が続く。試験段階は、試験刺激周期であって、患者は、療法が効果的であるかどうか評価される。典型的には、試験刺激を行うために利用される、2つの技法がある。1つは、経皮的神経評価(PNE)と称される通院ベースの手技であって、もう1つは、段階的試験である。
従来の仙骨神経刺激アプローチは、膀胱および大腸関連機能不全の治療において有効性を示しているが、神経刺激導線の位置付けおよび導線の試験的ならびに恒久的埋込位置間の一貫性を改良し、かつプログラム方法を改良する必要性がある。神経刺激は、治療用刺激をパルス発生器から1つまたはそれを上回る神経刺激電極を介して特定の神経もしくは標的領域に一貫して送達することに依拠する。神経刺激電極は、患者組織内に形成されるトンネルを通して前進されることができる、埋込可能導線の遠位端上に提供される。埋込可能神経刺激システムは、患者に大幅な自由度および移動性を提供するが、外科手術で埋め込まれる前に、そのようなシステムの神経刺激電極を調節することがより容易であり得る。医師は、IPGを埋め込む前に、患者が所望の運動および/または感覚反応を有することを確認することが望ましい。少なくともいくつかの治療(少なくともいくつかの形態の排尿および/または排便機能不全の治療を含む)に関して、適切な運動反応の実証は、感覚反応が要求されない、または利用不可能であり得る(例えば、患者が全身麻酔下にある)間、正確かつ客観的導線留置のために非常に有益であり得る。
図1は、本発明の側面による、試験的神経刺激システム200において使用するための設定と、恒久的埋込式神経刺激システム100において使用するための設定とを含む、例示的神経刺激システム設定を図式的に図示する。EPG80およびIPG50はそれぞれ、試験的神経刺激システム200および/または試験成功後の恒久的埋込式システム100を位置付けるおよび/またはプログラムする際に使用される、臨床医用プログラム装置(CP)60および患者遠隔装置70と互換性があって、無線で通信する。前述のように、システムは、ケーブルセットおよびEMGセンサパッチを試験的システム設定100内で利用し、導線留置および神経刺激プログラミングを促進する。CPは、特殊ソフトウェア、特殊ハードウェア、および/または両方を含み、導線留置、プログラミング、再プログラミング、刺激制御、および/またはパラメータ設定を支援することができる。加えて、IPGおよびEPGはそれぞれ、患者が、患者遠隔装置を用いて、刺激の少なくとも一部を制御し(例えば、事前に設定されたプログラムを開始する、刺激を増減させる)、および/またはバッテリステータスを監視することを可能にする。本アプローチはまた、試験的システムと恒久的システムとの間のほぼシームレスな遷移を可能にする。
図9A−9Bは、本発明の側面による、EMG支援を伴うCPを使用する神経刺激システムの導線留置およびプログラミングにおいて使用されるワークフローの略図を図示する。図9Aは、初期プログラミングおよび再プログラミングを含み得る、導線留置ならびに後続プログラミングのためのグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを有するCPの使用の詳細な概略を図式的に図示する。図9Bは、各ステップと関連付けられた種々の設定および接続を含む、ワークフローのCPグラフィカルユーザインターフェース画面表現略図を図示する。
神経刺激導線の留置は、標的神経の位置特定と、標的場所における神経刺激導線の後続位置付けとを要求する。種々の補助構成要素が、標的神経の位置特定と、導線およびIPGの後続埋込とのために使用される。そのような構成要素は、孔針およびスタイレットと、方向ガイドと、拡張器および導入器シースと、直線または湾曲先端スタイレット(尖叉付き導線内に挿入される)と、トンネル作成ツール(鋭的先端が一端に、ハンドルが他端にある、屈曲可能トンネル作成ロッドであって、トンネル作成ロッドにわたって透過管類を伴う)と、多くの場合、既製のトルクレンチとを含む。孔針およびスタイレットは、インプラント導線ならびに後続急性刺激試験のための正しい仙骨孔を特定するために使用される。医師は、標的面積内の神経刺激を示す神経筋反応が観察されるまで(上記表1参照)、孔針を挿入し、針の一部に通電することによって、標的神経を特定する。標的神経の特定が成功後、方向ガイド、導入器、および拡張器が、導線が埋め込まれ得る経路を調製するために使用される。方向ガイドは、導入器シースおよび拡張器の後続留置のために、孔針を用いて判定される仙骨孔内の位置を保持する、金属ロッドである。導入器シースおよび拡張器は、孔を通して孔の直径を増加させ、恒久的導線の導入を可能にする、ツールである。導線スタイレットは、導線の中に挿入され、導線留置の間、その剛度を増加させ、直線または湾曲先端とともに構成され得る、堅いワイヤである。トルクレンチは、導線をIPGの中に係止する位置決めねじを緊締するために使用される、小型レンチである。トンネル作成ツールは、皮下トンネルを作成し、導線が皮膚下の経路に沿って留置されることを可能にする、堅い鋭的デバイスである。そのようなアプローチは、多くの従来の治療のために十分であるが、そのようなアプローチは、多くの場合、分解能が欠如しており、準最適導線留置をもたらし得、これは、後続プログラミングを不必要に複雑にし、好ましくない患者転帰をもたらし得る。したがって、医師および患者による使用の容易性を改良しながら、より正確かつロバストな神経位置特定を提供するアプローチが、必要とされる。
一側面では、システムは、EMGを利用して、孔針を用いて神経位置特定の正確度および分解能を改良し、かつ神経位置特定および導線留置ならびに埋込式神経刺激システムの後続プログラミングのそれぞれを行う一貫性および容易性を改良する。本発明のある側面では、システム設定は、標準的EMG記録技法を使用して、第3仙骨神経近傍への導線の埋込および神経の電気刺激の後続プログラミングに対する一意のアプローチをもたらすことを目的とする。そのようなアプローチは、神経刺激導線と動作可能に結合され、導線留置および後続プログラミングの間に使用される、CPを用いたEMG記録、表示、および分析の統合によって実行可能にされる。本アプローチの別の有利な側面は、試験刺激およびプログラミングの間の刺激振幅における比例増加の使用が、これらの活動のために要求される時間を短縮し、かつ手技が実施され得る容易性を改良することである。加えて、導線留置の間の運動および感覚反応ならびに刺激振幅閾値を直接CPの中に記録し、これらの反応を導線留置の品質およびプログラミング推奨に関するフィードバックに変換する。本EMG支援アプローチの別の有利な側面は、1つのみの神経筋反応、好ましくは、「足の親指反応」の測定および分析が、神経刺激システムのプログラミングの間に、効果的治療のための適切な刺激振幅のインジケータとして使用されることができることである。別の側面では、CP内のこれらの側面の自動化は、手技の持続時間および複雑性を低減させ、転帰の一貫性をさらに改良することができる。例えば、EMG反応に基づく電極閾値判定の自動化は、導線留置の間、迅速フィードバックを提供し、最適プログラミングパラメータを識別することができる。
従来のアプローチでは、孔針は、標的神経に隣接する面積内に位置付けられ、標的神経が刺激されていることを示す、所望の筋肉反応が観察されるまで通電される。複数の電極を伴う導線が、電極のうちの1つまたはそれを上回るものが標的神経を刺激するために好適な位置にあるであろうという仮定の下、孔針とほぼ同一場所に挿入される。本アプローチと関連付けられた短所の1つは、導線の位置が孔針の位置と若干異なり得ることである。加えて、孔針が、標的神経の特定の点場所を識別し、神経刺激電極が、導線の長さに沿って配置されるため、多くの場合、導線は、不整合となり得る。例えば、孔針を用いた標的神経の特定および神経刺激導線の挿入成功後、導線は、孔針とともに位置する点を交差するが、交差点のより遠位および近位の神経刺激電極が、通電されても、標的神経の効果的神経刺激を提供しないほど標的神経を横方向または斜めに延在し得、それによって、利用可能な神経刺激プログラムを制限し、これは、準最適患者転帰につながり得る。したがって、孔針は、標的神経を特定の点において特定する際、効果的であるが、多くの場合、神経刺激導線が、神経刺激電極が配置される全長に沿って適切に位置付けられ、標的神経と整合されることを確実にするために十分な分解能を提供しない。
神経位置特定が完了後、神経刺激導線は、神経位置特定の間に識別された標的場所に前進される。典型的には、神経刺激導線は、図4から分かるように、導線が標的場所またはその近傍に留置され得る、種々の異なる位置が存在するように、導線の遠位部分に沿って、複数の電極を含む。例えば、図10および12A−12Bに示されるように、導線は、標的神経を越えて「非常に深く」前進されることができる、「非常に浅く」留置されることができる、または遠位もしくは近位電極が標的神経から非常に離れて離間されるように傾斜もしく角度付けられることができる。神経刺激導線は、必要に応じて、導線を挿入軸に沿って前進もしくは後退させる、および/または導線を挿入軸から側方方向に操向することによって、埋込部位の3次元空間内の種々の異なる経路に沿って最適場所および整合に再位置付けされることができる。全4つの電極が最適場所にあることが望ましいが、4つの電極のうちの3つが神経刺激療法を送達するために標的神経に容認可能に近接した状態も、概して、容認可能である。しかしながら、導線の実際の場所の判定は、各電極における刺激を別個に手動で調節し、各刺激後の筋肉反応の観察に依拠する従来の方法を使用する場合、困難かつ時間がかかり得る。蛍光透視法は、多くの場合、解剖学的目印に対して導線位置を検証するために使用されるツールであるが、しかしながら、本アプローチは、神経が蛍光透視法下で不可視であるため、あまり効果的ではない。
図15Eに示されるように、CPは、4つのチャネル導線の電極毎の刺激閾値を試験することによって、導線留置の妥当性を確認することができる。CPは、選択された電極の刺激レベルを増加させ、EMG反応の大きさを記録し、これは、CP60のグラフィカルユーザインターフェース上にEMG波形ディスプレイ61として現れる(図15F内の各波形上の線参照)。刺激は、所定または所望のEMG反応閾値に到達するまで増加され、その時点で、振幅が、記録され、図15Fに示されるように、対象電極に隣接して電極ステータスディスプレイ64上に表示される。随意に、電極毎の反応が、本時点において特性評価され、後続プログラミングにおいて使用するために記録される。前述のプロセスは、電極毎に繰り返される。閾値振幅が振幅閾値の好適な範囲外にある場合、振幅は、神経刺激におけるカソードとしての使用に不十分または好適ではないと指定され得る。指定は、カラーコーディング(例えば、緑色、橙色、赤色)等の視覚的インジケータによって行われ、電極#0および#1を緑色として、電極#2を橙色として、電極#3を赤色として示す、図15Iに示されるように、神経刺激治療におけるカソードとしての使用のための選択された電極の好適性を示してもよい。
導線の埋込および神経刺激の留置が、EMGを使用してCPを用いて検証された後、CPは、神経刺激治療の送達のためのIPG/EPGをプログラムするために、手術室外で使用されることができる。プログラミングは、導線留置の間および/またはその後に得られたEMGから得られた閾値を使用して行われ、少なくとも1つの神経筋反応と関連付けられたEMGデータ使用して試験されてもよい。
図16A−16Bは、本発明の側面による、CPを使用した神経刺激システムのEMG支援プログラミングのための例示的システム設定を図示する。典型的には、本構成は、IPG/EMGの初期プログラミングのために使用されるが、また、再プログラミングにおいて使用されてもよい。再プログラミングはまた、初期プログラミングの間にアクセスもしくは判定される、閾値データ、EMGデータ、または電極構成推奨データを利用してもよく、そうでなければ新しいEMGデータを得ることになる。

一側面では、システム構成は、部分的に、電極のEMG記録に基づく、電極特性評価および/または閾値データの使用に基づいて、複数の電極構成推奨を判定し、推奨をユーザに提供する。図17は、CPを用いて実装される電極構成推奨の判定および提供の例示的方法を図示する。そのような方法では、システムは、最初に、事前に設定された刺激パラメータを使用して、各電極のインピーダンスをチェックし、アノードまたはカソードとして割り当てられるには容認不可能なインピーダンス(<50または>3,000オーム)を伴う任意の電極を探し出してもよい。システムは、次いで、導線留置の間に以前に記録されたデータから、または新しい閾値データを生成することによってのいずれかにおいて、各電極と関連付けられた閾値データを識別する。システムは、閾値(例えば、「良好」、「OK」、「不良」)に基づいて、電極を階層化し、各階層内の電極をランク付けする。不快な感覚をもたらす任意の電極は、カソードとして使用されないように除外される。システムは、次いで、所定のルールに従って、複数の電極構成推奨、好ましくは、少なくとも4つの異なる構成を判定し、次いで、CPを使用して、臨床医に提示される。
神経刺激システムをプログラムする際、EMG信号が、ユーザが、運動反応が刺激によって誘起されたかどうかを確認することを可能にすることによって、プログラミング品質を評価するために使用されることができる。いくつかの実施形態では、ユーザは、手動で、EMG反応を観察し、観察をCPに入力し、刺激振幅を所望の運動反応を誘起するレベルに設定を試みることができる。

- 前記導線は、過活動膀胱または膀胱関連機能不全を治療するように、仙骨の孔を通して挿入され、仙骨神経根に近接して位置付けられるように構成される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記標的刺激領域は、仙骨管からの仙骨神経の出現と他の脊髄神経とのその収束との間の坐骨神経を形成する面積を含む、請求項19に記載の方法。
- 各試験刺激の間、前記記録された刺激誘発EMG運動反応の視覚的画像を前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェース上に表示するステップをさらに含み、前記視覚的画像は、複合筋活動電位(CMAP)を構成する波形を含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 電極毎の刺激振幅閾値を試験することによって、導線留置の妥当性を確認するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、約0.05mA〜約0.25mAの範囲内で段階的に電極毎の前記試験刺激の刺激振幅閾値の調節に関連するユーザ入力を受信し、最小刺激振幅閾値における所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 電極毎の前記刺激振幅閾値と関連付けられた前記記録された刺激誘発EMG運動反応または前記患者からの感覚反応に関連するユーザ入力を受信するステップをさらに含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 特定の電極のための前記刺激振幅閾値と関連付けられた前記患者からの負の感覚反応は、自動的に、その特定の電極のための前記刺激振幅閾値に関する前記ユーザへの任意の正のまたは中立フィードバックを無効にする、請求項24に記載の方法。
- 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、電極毎に前記刺激振幅閾値に関する視覚的フィードバックをユーザに表示するステップをさらに含み、前記視覚的フィードバックは、少なくとも3つの対比色からのカラーコーディングを含む、請求項23に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、約0.05mA〜約0.25mAの範囲内で段階的に電極毎の前記試験刺激の刺激振幅閾値を調節し、最小刺激振幅閾値における所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、電極毎の刺激振幅閾値、前記刺激振幅閾値と関連付けられたEMG記録、または前記刺激振幅閾値と関連付けられた前記記録された刺激誘発EMG運動反応もしくは前記患者からの感覚反応に関連するユーザ入力のデータを前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置上に記憶または表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項22に記載の方法。
- 仙骨神経根に近接して過活動膀胱または膀胱関連機能不全を治療するように、患者内の埋込可能導線の改良された位置付けのための方法であって、前記埋込可能導線は、統合型筋電図検査(EMG)および刺激臨床医用プログラム装置に結合される少なくとも4つの電極を備え、
前記埋込可能導線の主電極を用いて、複数の刺激振幅レベルで、前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置から前記患者の前記仙骨神経組織に試験刺激を送達するステップであって、前記主電極は、前記埋込可能導線の少なくとも4つの電極から選択される、ステップと、
同一刺激振幅レベルで、同一時間周期の間、連続して、前記埋込可能導線の4つの電極のそれぞれに試験刺激を送達するステップと、
同時に、前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置を用いて、標的刺激領域における前記埋込可能導線の制御された位置付けを提供するように、前記埋込可能導線の各電極において前記試験刺激に関する前記患者の足の親指と関連付けられた第1の刺激誘発EMG運動反応および前記患者の肛門伸縮と関連付けられた第2の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を記録するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、比例段階的における前記主電極のための試験刺激の刺激振幅レベルの調節に関連するユーザ入力を受信し、所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応が検出されるまで、比例段階的に前記主電極のための試験刺激の刺激振幅レベルを調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記主電極と関連付けられたEMG反応振幅に対して正規化される、各電極と関連付けられた最大EMG反応振幅に基づいて、所与の刺激振幅レベルで各電極に送達される試験刺激毎に、EMG反応値を計算するステップをさらに含み、各電極と関連付けられた前記EMG反応値は、前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、前記埋込可能導線を前記標的刺激領域に側方または軸方向に位置付ける方法に関して視覚的フィードバックをユーザに提供する、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、比例段階的における電極毎の前記試験刺激の刺激振幅閾値の調節に関連するユーザ入力を受信し、最小刺激振幅閾値における所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 電極毎の前記刺激振幅閾値と関連付けられた前記第1もしくは第2の記録された刺激誘発EMG運動反応または前記患者からの感覚反応に関連するユーザ入力を受信するステップをさらに含む、請求項33に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、比例段階的に電極毎の前記試験刺激の刺激振幅閾値を調節し、最小刺激振幅閾値における所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、試験刺激毎の前記埋込可能導線の少なくとも4つの電極の個々の電極毎に漸増または比例刺激振幅レベルで送達されるデータと、試験刺激毎の前記足の親指および前記患者の肛門伸縮の前記関連付けられたEMG記録とを記憶または表示するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 標的刺激領域における前記埋込可能導線の初期位置付けを提供するように、孔針を介して、前記試験刺激を前記仙骨神経組織に送達し、前記孔針に送達される試験刺激毎に、前記刺激誘発EMG運動反応を記録するステップをさらに含む、請求項29に記載の方法。
- 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、比例段階的における前記孔針のための前記試験刺激の刺激振幅レベルの調節に関連するユーザ入力を受信し、所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 自動的に、所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応が検出されるまで、前記孔針のための前記試験刺激の刺激振幅レベルを比例段階的に調節するステップをさらに含む、請求項37に記載の方法。
- 統合型筋電図検査(EMG)および刺激臨床医用プログラム装置を用いて、患者内の埋込可能導線を位置付けるための方法であって、
少なくとも4つの電極を有する一時的または恒久的導線を患者の神経組織に近接して埋め込むステップと、
少なくとも1つのEMG感知電極を皮膚表面上または前記患者内に位置付けるステップと、
刺激ケーブルを介して、前記埋込可能導線を前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置に結合するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのEMG感知電極を前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置に結合するステップと、
前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、前記埋込可能導線の少なくとも4つの電極から主電極を選択するステップと、
前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置を介して、前記主電極を試験刺激で刺激するステップと、
前記少なくとも1つのEMG感知電極によって感知された刺激誘発EMG運動反応の記録を前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェース上に表示するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記グラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、前記主電極のための前記試験刺激の刺激振幅を比例段階的に選択または調節し、所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項40に記載の方法。
- 連続して、同一の選択または調節された刺激振幅レベルで、同一時間周期の間、前記埋込可能導線の少なくとも4つの電極を前記試験刺激で刺激するステップをさらに含む、請求項41に記載の方法。
- 少なくとも、前記EMG記録に基づいて、前記埋込可能導線を再位置付けするステップをさらに含む、請求項42に記載の方法。
- 蛍光透視法または解剖学的目印に基づいて、再位置付けするステップをさらに含む、請求項43に記載の方法。
- 再位置付けするステップは、前記埋込可能導線を挿入軸に沿って遠位に前進させる、前記埋込可能導線を前記挿入軸に沿って近位に後退させる、または前記埋込可能導線を前記挿入軸から側方方向に沿って操向するステップを含む、請求項43に記載の方法。
- 前記神経組織近傍における最適導線位置付けが達成されるまで、前記連続して刺激および再位置付けするステップを繰り返すステップをさらに含む、請求項45に記載の方法。
- 前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置のグラフィカルユーザインターフェースを介して、電極毎の前記試験刺激の刺激振幅閾値を比例段階的に調節し、最小刺激振幅閾値における所望の刺激誘発EMG運動反応を達成するステップをさらに含む、請求項40に記載の方法。

皮膚表面上または前記患者内に低侵襲的に位置付け可能な少なくとも1つのEMG感知電極であって、前記EMG感知電極は、前記統合型臨床医用プログラム装置に結合可能である、EMG感知電極と、
