Claims (12)
- CD19に対する単離又は精製されたキメラ抗原受容体(CAR)であって、配列番号1、配列番号2、配列番号3、配列番号4、配列番号5、配列番号6、配列番号7、配列番号8、配列番号9、配列番号10、配列番号11、配列番号12又は配列番号13のアミノ酸配列を含む、CAR。
- 配列番号4又は配列番号9に存在する以下の要素:(i)細胞外スペーサー、(ii)ヒトCD8α分子に由来する膜貫通ドメイン、並びに(iii)(a)ヒトCD28分子及び/又はヒトCD27分子、及び(b)ヒトCD3ζ分子に由来する細胞内T細胞シグナリングドメイン、を含む単離又は精製されたキメラ抗原受容体(CAR)。
- 配列番号10又は配列番号11に存在する以下の要素:(i)細胞外スペーサー、(ii)ヒトCD8α分子に由来する膜貫通ドメイン、並びに(iii)ヒトCD28分子及び/又はヒトCD27分子、及び(b)FcεRIガンマ鎖に由来する細胞内T細胞シグナリングドメイン、を含む単離又は精製されたキメラ抗原受容体(CAR)。

- 請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のCARをコードする、単離又は精製された核酸。
- 請求項5に記載の単離又は精製された核酸を含む、ベクター。
- 請求項6に記載のベクターを含む、単離されたT細胞又はNK細胞。
- がんを治療又は予防するための医薬組成物であって、前記医薬組成物が、活性成分として、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のCAR、請求項5に記載の単離又は精製された核酸、請求項6に記載のベクター、又は単離又は精製されたT細胞又はNK細胞を含む、医薬組成物。
- インビトロにおいて、悪性B細胞を破壊する方法であって、前記方法が、請求項7に記載の単離されたT細胞又はNK細胞の1つ以上を、CD19を発現する悪性B細胞集団と接触させることを含み、それにより、CARが悪性B細胞上でCD19と結合し、悪性B細胞が破壊される、方法。
- 悪性B細胞がリンパ腫細胞である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- 悪性B細胞が白血病細胞である、請求項9に記載の方法。
- キメラ抗原受容体(CAR)を発現する細胞の作製方法であって、前記方法が、請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載のCARをコードするベクターをT細胞又はNK細胞に導入することを含む、方法。
