Abstract
Description
Claims (20)
- プリフォーム(20)からプラスチック容器を形成し、当該容器を充填する方法であって、
プリフォーム(20)の一端にフィニッシュ(32)が画定された本体(30)を有する、前記プリフォーム(20)を準備する工程と、
前記フィニッシュ(32)に射出ノズル(14)を係合させて、前記射出ノズル(14)と前記フィニッシュ(32)との間に、前記フィニッシュの内側の空間を前記フィニッシュの外側と分離する第1の密着係合を形成する工程と、
前記プリフォーム(20)に液体ブロー媒体を注入して、金型(26)内で前記プリフォーム(20)の前記本体(30)を膨張させることで、容器を形成すると同時に前記容器に前記液体を充填する工程と、を含み、
前記フィニッシュ(32)の前記温度よりも低い温度で準備される冷却媒体を、前記フィニッシュ(32)の前記外側に当てることを含む、方法。 - 前記冷却媒体を前記フィニッシュ(32)に当てる前記工程は、少なくとも、前記フィニッシュ(32)に前記射出ノズル(14)を係合させる前記工程の後に開始される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体を前記フィニッシュ(32)に当てる前記工程は、少なくとも、前記フィニッシュ(32)に前記射出ノズル(14)を係合させる前記工程の前に開始される、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体を前記フィニッシュ(32)に当てる前記工程は、前記フィニッシュ(32)に前記射出ノズル(14)を係合させる前記工程の前と後の両方に行われる、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 前記射出ノズルと、前記プリフォームおよび前記金型のうちの一方との間に、前記プリフォーム(20)に沿って前記第1の密着係合から軸方向に離隔している第2の密着係合を形成する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の密着係合は、前記射出ノズル(14)と前記金型(26)の一部との間に形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記第2の密着係合は、前記射出ノズル(14)と前記プリフォーム(20)の支持リング(92)との間に形成される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記フィニッシュ(32)の周りに前記冷却媒体を分散させる工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜7のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体を循環させる工程が、連続的または間欠的に行われる、請求項7に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体を当てる前記工程が、前記冷却媒体を前記フィニッシュ(32)で方向づける工程を含む、請求項1〜9のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体は、前記フィニッシュ(32)で垂直に方向づけられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体は、前記フィニッシュ(32)で斜めに方向づけられる、請求項10に記載の方法。
- 前記位置決め工程の前に前記プリフォームを熱的に調整する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜12のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体は、前記射出ノズルを下げているときに当てられる、請求項1から13のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記フィニッシュ(32)の周りに逆圧を印加する工程をさらに含む、請求項1〜15のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
- 前記逆圧は、前記フィニッシュの周りに位置する受け空間からの前記冷却媒体の排出を制限することによって印加される、請求項15に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体の前記排出を制限する前記工程は、流入口通路またはポートの累積断面積よりも小さい断面積の排出用の隙間または流出口通路を設けることによって行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体の前記排出を制限する前記工程は、前記冷却媒体用の流出口通路の可変絞りを制御することによって行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記冷却媒体の前記排出を制限する前記工程は、前記冷却媒体を排出しないようにすることで行われる、請求項16に記載の方法。
- 前記逆圧を印加する前記工程は、前記冷却媒体の連続した流れまたは間欠的な流れを与えることを含む、請求項15から17のいずれか1項に記載の方法。
